Two time I ordered pizza and did not get what I ordered and paid for. Keep in mind these large pizzas are not exactly cheap to get what you did not order and be disappointed when you get them. When you call to tell them about it, they act like it’s not a big deal. No apology. No nothing. They did finally discount one but that was like pulling teeth to get that done. I called today to tell them about the mistake they made on this pizza. I ordered a deluxe large and asked for a order of peppers. They put that on th Eliza and cooked them instead of having them in the little cup it always comes in when you order them. I will never order from them again and I recommend you do not either and please tell all your family and friends how horrible this place is and how they are so rude and unprofessional! Very disappointed. I used to love this place. I get mistakes are made. But after making them and people telling you about, please learn from it to keep the same problem from happening over abs over again.

They don’t close at 8 they close at 7:30. They asked if I could get there before 7:30.. if I give you my order on the phone, what does picking it up have to do with the oven…they’re always just flat out rude….

For the price of delivery…you’d think it’d be a little faster. Live 10 minutes away in Maceo and food ALWAYS takes 45 mins if ordering in the evening. Food is good. I’d compare to 54 Pizza Express and the likes. However, delivery takes so long I usually just drive in to the McDonald’s or somewhere in the edge of town.

Was disappointed. Ordered a hamburger which was small and over-cooked, dried out, and salty. Was supposed to get chips with it but they didn’t include them. And I ordered HALF an order of cinnamon sticks, which were very good but I think I got charged full price. I doubt I’ll be back.

Tried calling the Thruston location for 25 mins. Phone was always busy. Tried calling the Lewisport location,no answer. I had heard great things about this place,but I guess we will never know….
