The driest, most flavorless hamburger i have ever had, it was soggy despite being void of any juices or moisture inside. The fries tasted like the fryer hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I spent over $40 (which btw… I just hade 2 delmonico steak dinners at arch cafe and was the same price) and i didn’t even get past 3 bites. Extremely disappointed and feeling very ripped off. Whoever made this abomination of a hamburger should be fired and kept away from a kitchen for crimes against food kind. Not sure how this place is in operation. I’d love my money back.

Our order got a little mangled due to the delivery driver, but I have to say the gentleman running the store was amazing! I went down to the store and explain the problem that we had and he immediately called to talk to the owner and took care of everything. A measure of a business is not rather you have problems or not it’s what you do about the problems when you do have them. Hats off to you sir, you’ve kept a loyal customer and I thank you very much for the service we received that day.

The owner/manager has reached out to us and explained the reasons for not delivering to our specific address in Scottdale. I have to apologize to the owners, management and staff. We were unaware of the past citation for delivery for our building. The owners/management of this establishment actually care for the safety and well being of their employees. We applaud them!

Got the medium pepperoni pizza and jalapeño poppers. The pizza is good for two people and the jalapeño poppers were a nice appetizer (made with cheese).
