I am a Hispanic mother of 4 all my life I love cooking for my family as I got older I worked in restaurants move my way up it’s been 17 + yrs working in restaurants always wanted to do my own thing but always put it on the backburner because in my mind I always needed a job first, then this pandemic happened I had no choice to stay home with my son to say by the way he has been doing so much so much better than being a regular school but the fact that I had to stay home with my son lead me to having to leave my job I was okay with it something was telling me it’s going to be okay and that’s what I did and I decided to go with my heart take this leap of faith and take this journey J&J platters & Catering!
