The burgers were delicious the first night we stopped and service was average. We attempted to go back a 2nd night while visiting from out of town and after a long day. It was 9:15pm on a Monday and the website stated they were open till 10 however, we could hear the gal behind the counter & our server complaining about a table of 6 walking in so late. We were promptly told it would be an hour wait. (maybe 10 people inside of restaurant at the time) We said ok as our table of 6 was hungry after a long day. The waitress went and complained to the gal (right in front of us) then came back stating we could only order beers. It was beyond obvious they just wanted to be done for the day but maybe change your hours to a 9pm close then? We won’t be back due to the poor service we received and negative attitude. Outlaws restaurant across the road was very friendly and accepted us graciously without complaints.

Large selection of craft beers. The menu looked awesome. Got the JL burger and the loaded fries. The burger has JL sauce which was pretty spicy and I would have not gotten it if I knew that. The heat overpowered all the other good ingredients. The fries were supposed to have cheese but I didn’t get any. I only got a big tub of some mystery sauce. Staff was way overwhelmed and a bit crusty.

On the chicken parmesan sandwich they no longer use a freshly breaded white breaded now its a flat brown meat breaded low quality meat and no longer a nice quality bun just cheap bun. No fries available at all said fry cutter was broken now for a while. Won’t be back!!!

Used to be our favorite stop everytime we came up to watford. We ordered takeout because we can’t bring the kids in, absolutely could not get our order right over the phone so I went in and ordered. Returned and they got one burger out of 3 right. Fries used to be fresh cut and cooked, this time they were very obviously frozen and old. So bad even the kids wouldn’t eat a plain burger. Set the food back on the counter and cut my loses. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon. $50 not even close to worth it.

I come here often and get the same thing everytime. I get the JL burger. In the description is says “onions piled high” it’s never piled high. I asked for extra onions this time to see if that would help and it doesn’t. Not sure if they are in an onion shortage but it’s an issue everytime. The Caramelized onions are the best part. I think the menu should be changed to “carmelized onions” instead of it being piled high.
