It used to be fairly consistent at this location but lately I’ve been receiving subpar service and drinks. Today i ordered a 20 oz latte and they made it a 16oz. I mentioned it to them and they were nice and went back to make a 20 oz but once i drive off and start drinking it, all they did was add cold milk. No additional espresso. And it was lukewarm at best. It should have been remade with 2 additional shots of espresso and steamed milk. It’s frustrating when you pay good money and spend all that time in line just to have someone not take their job seriously and make sure they’re giving the customer exactly what they’re paying for. It’s as if they think they’re gonna pull a fast one on you and that you’re not going to notice it. I would hope that isn’t the case but this is the 3rd time in a month that they’ve messed up my an order, and I’ve only been there 4-5 times in that time frame. They’re helpful when you call them and explain the issue but i shouldnt have to keep calling and wasting my time and money to go back and get the drink(s) or food they should have got right the first time. They need to have a serious meeting with the staff about quality control and not taking shortcuts at the customers expense. I’d be happy to wait a little longer for them to make it right the first time then drive away with a bad drink and a bad taste in my mouth. Really hoping they turn it around and tighten up as a crew to be more consistent in the future. The staff is generally very positive and very helpful so it’s tough to see them put out bad product and service when they’re otherwise some of the most positive people in town when it comes to customer service. This review isn’t to bash them at all but to light a fire under them so they don’t compromise on quality anymore because it has far bigger effects than they may realize when it comes to the customer experience.

I needed a coffee extremely bad and I love small town shops. This is the cutest coffee shop I have been too. I ordered a latte no foam with sugar and it was perfect. The young man who helped us was super friendly. Check it out if you are passing through

Prices are now covered on the menu and the medium drink I bought for $5 two weeks ago was over $7 this time. This is also the first time my drink lacked flavor and now it is the last time I will go to a Joe Beans. Too expensive for me now. * I think they used milk instead of the oat milk I requested for my drink, judging by my reaction after drinking it.
