Food was great, service I thought was great… until I received the bill and saw that we were taken advantage of as tourists. I had a large party of 13. Tony was extremely friendly and kept bringing appetizer after appetizer out, despite no one having ordered any. He kept saying “just for you, I give you my special blah blah blah.” I thought he was just being really nice since we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. I’ve been to Italian places that have done this before (not to that extent… but when you’re here, you’re family, right?). Fast forward to our bill where we were charged $240 worth of appetizers. That we never actually ordered. Shame on you. Tourists beware.

Good vibe and good service. Nice food – The stuffed mushroom is very tasty with the stuffings! The DaVinci salad is fresh. The fish – red snapper, is well sautéed. The bread is soft and kind of sweet. Owner is from Naples – a place I always want to go.

We had a great experience here! Nice little hole-in-the-wall Italian spot. Our waiter gave great recommendations and gave us a free coffee just to be nice! Highly recommend the carbonara and spinach ravioli.

The delicious food and relaxed atmosphere were the perfect start to our NYC weekend. The gnocchi was delicious, but the ravioli with spinach and gorgonzola was melt in your mouth, sigh with every bite amazing! Then we topped it off with dessert – tiramisu with just the right combination of ingredients to make it soft and delicious and cannoli with rich custard and crunchy crust with a hint of cinnamon – both were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gant was especially helpful. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Fabulous atmosphere for casual diner. I had chicken park and Joe the Lobster Ravioli. The host took me by the hand and helped me down the entrance steps. Prices are great! The food was wonderful! Lobster Ravioli was a big hit. I loved chicken parmigiana. You just can’t go wrong!

Food is okay but good gracious the service is awful. The man serving our table gave us a single refill and took 34 minutes to bring the check after being asked. I had told him we had reservations for a play when I had asked him for the check. It took so long I had to ask another server/bartender (I think) who rolled his eyes when I told him he disappeared. Guess this wasn’t the first time it’s happened. Sad because the food is pretty good but I would avoid if you require more than a single glass of soda/water for your appetizer/meal
