This was our first time visiting Joe Italiano’s. Upon entering we notice it’s pretty empty, no big deal. We sit down look around and realize there are dirty tables everywhere. The floor is dirty. There are dirty dishes pulled up with clean ones off to the side. It was pretty impressive how dirty it was considering how empty the place was. We didn’t stay for food. We left shortly thereafter. If this is the dining room that they’re allowing customers to see I’m terrified of what the kitchen looked like. It’s unfortunate because we had been planning to visit here for weeks as a celebration for a family member’s graduation.

The only redeeming aspect of our experience was our server, Ashley. My son ordered tea. They served hot water with a box of assorted teas. The box was filthy and splintered. Our $13 shrimp cocktail consisted of 4 tiny, rubbery shrimp served with a tiny solo cup of cocktail sauce. I ordered shrimp and lump crabmeat over cavatelli. Another 4 small, rubbery shrimp. Crabmeat was ok. Cavatelli was huge, bloated, and looked and tasted like gnocchi which wasn’t even on the menu. I have great memories of stopping at JM in Hammonton on the way to AC. This place is not the same. This was my 2nd disappointing experience there. There won’t be a third.

This was our first time coming here and it was great the atmosphere the food the service we will definitely come back again and we recommend it for everyone to come and try the delicious food Jess k was our server she was exceptional she was attentive but she wasn’t overbearing she took great care of us thank you for the great food and the phenomenal service

The homemade pasta is amazing and tender. The bread is delicious. The eggplant parm is excellent. The service was good. We went there on a weeknight and there was live music. The music was very loud, and while I enjoyed the selection of songs, the singers were not great. If the music was quieter, it would have been better.

We ordered appetizers before dinner. One of these was shrimp cocktail. We received four small shrimp with two small plastic containers of cocktail sauce. Definitely not worth the cost. Server was cordial but the service was very slow. They could do better.

Compared to Mays Landing restaurant, I was disappointed. Tables are small and not enough room for the food. Although bread and salad were very good, the tomato sauce with spaghetti and crab was very bitter. Portions are large. Lasagna was huge.

Went here about a month ago on a whim. Do not regret it one bit. The food is amazing, the seafood taste fresh, and the pasta is absolutely mouthwatering. Prices aren’t bad for the amount of food you get. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice good meal out.

My boss loves coming here for Happy Hour when he is in town and I have finally tried it for myself.i get why he likes it. Good food, good price and live music. I have to say it is very good. Portions and selection of appetizers was very good. My friend and I ordered a few different items to share and it was great for 2 people. The bartender was friendly and attentive.
