The lobster rolls were authentic, taste amazing. The Gator bites were big, great taste, my only criticism would be to replace the yum yum sauce with a spicy remoulade. The service was great, this place is a must try for anyone visiting the area.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I originally tried to come for my birthday and Joe’s happened to be closed for renovations. I came a month later with my friend who happened to strike up a conversation with the owner and who came and wished me happy birthday and brought us each a slice of cake as a belated birthday wish. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I can’t wait to come back!

Had the $140 golden lobster with champagne. There are no words to describe how delicious this was. The soup was lobster bisque with chunks of lobster. The roll was packed with thick chunks of lobster topped with edible gold! For dessert, dark chocolate torte. The owner is amazing and made sure we had such a great experience!

It was the first time I’d visited the brick and mortar store after having visited the food truck quite a few times. I had the lobster over greens (I believe that’s what they call their lobster salad) since I really didn’t want any gluten-free bread options, and it was delicious! They give you the dressing for your salad and they also give you a side of warm butter just to dip your lobster in…oh my WORD! I was extremely happy and I can’t wait until I’m back that way so I can stop in again!

Found this gem of a place during a day trip to Wilmington. Awesome little place that makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. DON’T be scared by it prices, it is a little pricey. But well worth it! It was hard to decide on what to order the lobster roll and pineapple slaw was suggested… AMAZING!!!

OMG. The rolls here were amazing. Pricey but you really get what your pay for in this case. The Joe Roll with 5oz was jam packed with lobster not a mayo heavy roll like others. We also had an order of gator bites that were cooked perfectly. I didn’t try my daughter’s burger but she ate it all and getting her to finish something is a testament unto itself. If you’re in the area or are lucky enough to see their food truck out you’ve got to treat yourself. My only regret is that I don’t live in the area and I’ll have to wait at least a year before I can have another.

The lobster rolls here are hands down the best we have ever had! Very fresh and light, with no extra ingredients or fillers. Customer service is also top notch, helpful and friendly! We highly recommend to others and look forward to coming back soon!

This was my first time here and I can say hands down it was the best lobster I’ve ever had. I order the lobster bisque, lobster deviled eggs, and a lobster roll. Everything is incredibly fresh and homemade. Definitely will be back for more.

This was the best lobster roll I have ever had!! The lobster was succulent perfection. The bread and butter flavor and consistency was second to none. If you vacation or live in the Brunswick islands, do yourself a favor and buy a big bag full. The owners are lovely, that is always a bonus point!
