I am a man that truly knows pizza. This pizza is one that stands heads above most other pizza establishments. The crust on the pizza is amazing, light, crunchy, and chewy. The toppings they do not skimp on and the cheese that is used is quality. Today I had the pepperoni pizza. Oustanding!!!

Very dry pizza no sauce. Was supposed to be a meat supreme but more sausage than any other kind of meat. We tried to call back to see if we could get a refund. Place was closed. Called over the phone to make an XXL pizza and was told 40 minutes. 40 minutes later, I came in to pick the order up and only one person working and he was a complete mess. He hadn’t started the order yet but then agreed to start then. Honestly, I felt like he might’ve been on drugs. He obviously had no idea how to make pizzas or do anything, he ended up forgetting to add pepperoni so it ended up being a cheese pizza with which I could see that the crust had a ton of holes on the bottom before he placed it in the oven. I watched him then start to blow on the pizza after putting it in which I was a bit unsure about. Said he worked here for a month but then a year and a half. Then said he was only at this 3 times so far and worked his way up from dishwasher. About twenty minutes later, he checks the pizza (after having checked it SEVERAL times before this point) and admits that he messed the pizza up and that I could either wait for him to make another or give me a refund. I am no Karen but at this point after waiting over an hour and watching how much of a mess this employee was, I did ask if I could speak to a manager. He then snapped at me and told me he was “second” to managerial level and not to “disrespect” him. After being super patient and understanding, I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been coming to Joe’s Brooklyn for years. If this is who is running things, I will go elsewhere.

I gave 4 stars at most, because, I wanted an “everything” Pizza everything on it.. unfortunately we were missing meatball meat, anchovies, artichokes. It was skimpy. I also wanted extra cheese. For the price I paid,$40.00 I expected this pizza to be fully loaded. It was an XL. I already told him my husband is a well known NY pizza man for 35 years. Worked many pizzaria and Sbarro’s as key manager, troubleshooting mgr also… The atmosphere needs to have a GOOD cleaning, my table was very wobbly. I think it was quite expensive for what we got..the bathroom was ugh. Stinky.. the ovens needed to be cleaned out, my husband said. The pizza was good though, for what ever little was on there… I was just surprised.. we are from Brooklyn, NY. But this place needs to step it up to stay on top of the game.

I walked in for a couple of slices, pizzas were done and it was fast. 2 slices costed me almost $13, I can by a large for $20. When I got the slices the pizza was ok. Thin crust which I like, but it was soggy. It was 6 pm and it seemed like the pizzas were sitting around for an hour more. It might have been worth it for half. Very disappointing.

Glad we stumbled on this place yesterday. Funny thing is we were gonna go to five guys next door and we get out of the car and my son goes look dad pizza. So we decided what the heck we always love trying new pizza places. Love the fact you guys have a wide variety of slices and also a slice deal from 3-5 everyday. The pizza was amazing as well. The employees were very professional and friendly as well!!!! We don’t get to Henrietta/Rochester much as we live 90 minutes away. But now whenever we have Dr appointments we know where we’re going!!!!

Don’t place an online order. They will most likely forget it so after giving them 35 minutes to make a pizza, you walk in, they realize they never cooked it and throw it together and you get a pizza not cooked well because they rushed it. They also won’t apologize. This is the 3rd time and I’m done with this place!

Pizza was missing requested toppings that was listed on receipt. Chicken wings were complete opposite of crispy, literally no sauce on wings, and had to pop in the oven for extra 20 minutes to fully cook.
