Place was clean, and the food was awesome. This is my new favorite burger joint. Classic burger was full of flavor, well made, I will be back and often. Any time I see a Joe’s burger I will be stopping by to fill my mouth with their amazingly good food.

Very disappointed for my first visit. At this price point, I expected a great gourmet style burger. Not the case today. The meat patty was extremely small and over cooked, bun was much bigger than the contents. Small amount of lettuce and one slice of tomato. I requested no special sauce. However, I would liked to have had an option for onion, mustard, mayo, pickle, and so on. As you can guess I will not be returning.

Small burger place. Has gluten-free options that my wife loved! She had the sweet potato fries and gf hamburger bun. I had the mushroom double burger. Had good taste and cooked nicely. Fries nothing special but seasoned nicely with a dash of salt. Sorry about the pic. I was hungry and it was so good . I need to try the shake next time.

I was in the mood for a burger and this did not disappoint!! Ordered the cowboy burger cause who doesn’t love onion rings on a burger?! Fries were crispy and plentiful, we split an order and still didn’t finish them all. Would recommend it and will be back. Nice patio seating, covered.

WAY overpriced. Small portions. They charge for sauces which are a tiny container only half full (about 2 tbs). Stick to the burgers, which are just okay. (The chicken has the texture of raw chicken, although it’s cooked. Inedible, made me gag.)

The burgers and fries are pretty good. I also like the onion rings. Their patties look like McDonald’s cheeseburger size though. Pretty tiny. I wish they had a larger burger.

Went there for Lunch, got 2 Burgers, had to pay for fries and drinks extra, bill came to 28+dollars because you have to tip extra, so over 30 dollars for two Burgers (frozen meatpatties) french fries tastet bla, service not friendly. Definitely never go there again.

This used to be my go to burger spot, but over the last year or two this place has truely declined in quality. They used to have better burgers than deluxe, but now I’ll be going to deluxe instead, and that’s even sad to say.

Stopped to try Joe’s Burgers today with my daughter at the Sherwood location. What a horrendous experience all around, and they weren’t even busy. First kind of turn off was the unclear menu prices. When a menu is “ala carte” it should just say “ala carte” and not have a bunch unclear notations slapped haphazardly on the menu board pertaining to combos. Even the person taking our order said combos were a different price depending on what you ordered, but not all were listed. Not the right thing for a new business to do, but I can do simple math, so OK. When asked if I’d like a receipt, I said yes. If you look at the attached receipt you can see it doesn’t add up because their register does not print the extra items charged for a combo meal or what the different amount is between say onion rings or regular fries. So, the person taking our order had to go through the charges with me since really there was no rhyme or reason at that point. Next was the disappointing “ice cream” milk shakes. I call foul on that claim, most definitely “ice milk” since they were both mostly chucks of ice with flavoring mixed in. Since we had placed our orders to go and we’re almost home, just ended up throwing out the milkshakes and taking the loss. However, when I took the first bite of my burger and realized it was raw that was the ultimate gross out. My daughters was a little more cooked, but still raw in my opinion and would not have passed a state food inspection. I got back in the car and drove back to Joe’s Burgers Sherwood so they could see the raw meat they served (picture attached). I gave one star because they did refund my money, however, I’ll have to wait a few days to see if it posts back to my credit card. Eat at Joe’s in Sherwood at your own risk, not worth the money. Very good burgers, liked that they used local beef. The sweet potato fries were good but slightly overdone for me. Big portions.
