Service the worst. After lunch. It was not busy. Walked in seated myself. Had to request menu, water and they never took my order. I walked out told cashier and as if it was no big deal. Never again. Related experience to friends in area and I found the all totally agreed. What a shame for the area. Understand food quality is also poor. Glad I did not eat their. Went next door to eat a steak and shrimp. That’s where I should have gone in the first place. They earned a tip just with serving me tea! Do not eat at the Joe’s Crab Shack! I’m convinced.

My husband and I Eat at Joe’s about 4 times a year. Each visit to this location in Sugar Land on the Southwest Freeway at 99 has been GREAT!! We have received excellent service and the food was delicious. Their house salads are among the best, always crisp lettuce and fresh ingredients. Tasty shrimp and fries. You should give it a try if in the area or instead of sitting out there in the daily traffic bottleneck in the evenings.

The food was good but oh the service. Had to wait on myself many times and another customer left with his entire meal on the table untouched. The staff even bickered about who was going to clean up a large table on the patio while we were eating.
