We arrived with our family 7/18/17 lunch time, we waited out front no one noticed us, when the hostess comes out she has a mouth full of food, so unprofessional, she was not very nice, we sat ourselves,on patio, I asked her to please bring a high chair, she never did. Worst service I’ve ever had. The hostess will not do anything. Very slow service on a slow afternoon it was 2 pm when we arrived. We will not return thanks to the staff. You get better service at penny’s. We just moved here look g for places to go. We will not return.

I love love love Joe’s Crab Shack. I’ve been here probably four or five times (I don’t go often because I always order crab, and crab is expensive). I am not complaining about the prices–I expect to pay a good amount for seafood. The flavor is just so wonderful that I could cry every time I take a bite. I really enjoy their cocktails, especially the patio punch (I usually don’t like cocktails in general). The manager on duty always comes by the table to ask how we’re doing, and I really appreciate that. Eating at Joe’s Crab Shack makes my whole day so much better.

Ordered classic sampler to go and was disapointed with it when we got it. Talked to the assistant general manager he let me upgrade to another item and didn’t charge me for the upgrade and he didnt have an attitude about it. Its was a good ending to a good dinner the service and food were great, fun time. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is the best food we have had on our trip; our waitress Kelsi was so wonderful and kind. This is a great place to go, and be sure to ask for Kelsi as your waitress, you will not be dissapointed.

Slow ineffecient service. Nothing on the table in the way of condiments and then took too long to deliver. I hope you’re into breading for the non-breaded dishes are few. Didn’t clear the table for dessert. Amount of food is great and the quality was good. Strong bleach smell.
