We come for the Martinis. The food and service are good. Nice clean and cozy environment.

This was a weirdly mixed experience. The drinks were exceptional, but I only got to try one of the many interesting-looking creative cocktails because the waitress immediately swept away the drink menu and I never had an opportunity to ask for another. The brussels sprouts appetizer was delightful, but the entrees were remarkably bland and excessively greasy, to the point that neither of us made it more than 1/4th of the way through, respectively, chicken alfredo and mediterranean perch. (In an abundance of optimism I boxed the fish and tried it again for lunch today and it was edible, but that’s about the best I can say for it.)

Very friendly service. Waiter was excellent. We had the garlic bread bites for an appetizer they were tasty. We ordered the two Ribeyes hand-cut on the Sizzle platter. The steaks were really really tough. It was a good thing they gave you a sharp knife. We would go back and try it again I think we just got two tough steaks.

From the minute I called for a reservation, the experience was great. The person on the phone was so pleasant and welcoming. Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our dishes and our servier was friendly and professional. I loved the quiet relaxing atmosphere and will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and polite. Menu was lacking information. Doesn’t look like much from the outside a step up inside but one of the best stakes I’ve eaten in a very long time.

I love their spaghetti and meatballs. I’ve gotten it several times when making delivery runs in Detroit. I always get an extra side of meatballs.

Joe’s is still one of the best restaurants in Monroe. Nothing disappoints! We started with the arancini and French onion soup and both were fantastic. Soup wasn’t too salty, and rice balls were not greasy. The chicken marsala was juicy and perfectly sauced. Mushrooms were slightly carmelized for a little sweetness. The risotto was velvety and not at all sticky or goopy. Very flavorful too. Finished with a cannoli that was creamy and not too sweet. Also had a limoncello martini and vodka martini with blue cheese stuffed Olives. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and happy customers.

Enjoyed the spaghetti and a salad. If you like a martini, they have different types. A decent wine list also. Great place for a romantic dinner.
