Ordered delivery $42.00 meal deal LG pizza, bread ,salad & 2 liter soda gave $50.00 to driver…pizza was o.k. but Barely any toppings mostly cheese, got wrong soda, and to top it off got 2 orders of bread and NO salad..called store girl said sorry they are training drivers and will send out my salad which took another 30 minutes, so we ate our pizza and salad separately which definitely wasn’t the idea! Why can’t the orders be checked before put in the bag to go out for delivery to make sure it’s correct when it leaves the store! Don’t think I’ll be ordering again very disorganized.

The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very good (baseball games on TV) and music. I ordered Taco pizza but didn’t enjoy the melted cheese poured over the pizza. I would have preferred grated cheese. The garlic sticks and dip were very good.

Their pizza is very good, probably our favorite place in the Riverbend. However, I am giving a 2.0 rating because of my bad experience this evening. I called at 8:15pm to place a carryout order. Google clearly says that they are open until 9pm. I was told that they had decided to close early because it was slow. I asked if they could please still make a pizza, as it is my wife’s birthday, and she has wanted Joe’s for her birthday dinner, and has been planning it for days. They doubled down and said that the ovens were turned off for the night. It’s unfortunate that they will not honor their posted hours. I will not be going to this location again.

Waited welllll over an hour as everyone around us got their pizzas. (We did receive salad/app rt away). After noticing people who came in after us receive their apps and pizzas we politely asked to check on order. Our waitress told us 3 times- it’s coming rt up. It should be any minute. It’s on its way. After watching people arrive, order, &eat their pizzas then leave. We asked AGAIN to please go check on what was happening. She came back with 2 boxed pizzas and said-OH they accidentally put them as To Go orders. They had been sitting there. We refused 1 and agreed to take 1 home to at least have dinner. At home we discovered the bottom was inedible burnt and black and of course top was soggy from sitting there. Some good stuff on menu but HORRIBLY managed. 2nd incident with them. Gave it another try to support local. Never again.

$55 order after tip to deliver a couple of sandwiches and a small side salad. Okay…club sandwich was missing from delivery. Called and they delivered another sandwich, but it was ham and cheese, not a club. Called again, no apology, nothing…just put on hold to finally get a credit. Horrible.

Pizza looked and smelled great but when we picked up a piece the pan filled with a clear “watery” substance that we tried to stop up with napkins, it made the crust soggy. The waitress was attentive and made sure our drinks were filled. We probably won’t go back.
