I came to Decatur for work and stopped by this place to eat some italian food. The food was good, I ordered fettuccini alfredo with chicken, both the chicken and the alfredo sauce were very good in flavor and texture. I also ordered a slice of the supreme pizza, 4 out of 5. They give you house bread as appetizer that comes with a homemade marinara sauce, they were great. The service is good, they need more help, I only noticed 5 employees. Cleanliness is OK but needs improvement.

I had just finished up school shopping with my 2 kids. We had started our shopping at about 1. Pretty dumb in the heat of the day..however about 5 we were all 3 starving. We had been to Joe’s many times in the past and been very pleased. So we stopped in and ordered our food. The kids were grumpy and arguing so I just switched tables so they didn’t ruin my evening. They are 11 and 14. I didn’teave them far just moved over one table to have a quiet dinner. Next thingI know a Decatur Police officer is asking me to step outside and talk. Well of course I go outside and was asked if I was intoxicated. I am 42 and been drunk only 2 times my entire life. I was so confused. Of course I told him no and explained that if I was breathing heavily it’s because I am in stage 4 of severe pulmonary hypertension. I get winded easy and especially in the heat. He still administered his test per his job. Also to further prove I was in no way impaired. Apparently the ladies behind the counter who were extremely unfriendly from the get go decided to make a false report to the police.8 polices and 4 cars later the officers told me to have a great evening. The staff is some underage undermanaged and obviously ridiculously bored. This was done in front of my children and on a very busy street. Completely embarrassing. Personally I believe the two lil girls who were employeed there Wednesday evening should at the least be repremanded. Possibly fired. My family and I will never return to your establishment again. I will also make it a point to post this on Yelp and Facebook. Not to mention tell ANYONE AND EVERYONE I CAN. GOOD HELP IS SO VERY HARD TO FIND BUT A MONKEY WOULD BE CONSIDERED A STEP UP COMPARED TO BOTH OF THEIR LIL BRAINS PUT TOGETHER ON A GOOD DAY.

They gave me the wrong salad dressing and then charged me when I came back to get correct dressing. $3.25 for (4) side salad dressings? I understand if they had charged me for (2) extras I wanted but I’m mad they charged me for dressing they messed up. I’ve gone here for years and the food is good but I don’t think I’ll be returning after this experience. Customer service matters just as much as food taste.

Service was good. Food came out in a timely manner. But I couldn’t tell if the beef pizza I ordered was a cheese pizza that they accidentally dropped a few pieces of beef on it… or was that what they cask a beef pizza???? Probably will not go back. VERY DISAPPOINTED. didn’t used to be like this. Maybe a change in ownership?

Run down location. Place needs some fresh paint. Sadly, the pizza was mediocre. Not sure what kind of dough they use here, but not your traditional New York pizza. Penne a la Vodka was good. Side salads were good but too expensive for $5.00. Staff was barely awake.

This has to be one of the worst places to eat, the alfredo sauce was runny like water and flavorless, the kids spaghetti was a waste of money, i asked for meatsauce and i hardly got any regular sauce at all, The pizza looked like it was made the day b4, the rolls were tough as nails, makes me wonder how they stay open.

Stopped here while traveling through the area. Freindly staff. Small building but enough space to handle our group of 8. We shared a couple of pizzas. The pizza was way better than a chain store. We really enjoyed our visit there. They have more than pizza and we wanted to try it all but we will have to make another travel back through this part of the state another time.
