We ordered pizza and primavera pasta. Pasta was very blend and couldn’t fix it with anything I added to it. Pizza was good though. Service got better as we advised how bad the pasta was and he made up for it with offering to comp it or free dessert.

First time here but I grabbed take out to try the pizza. Nice little place and everyone was very friendly. The presentation of the pizza was good and upon first bite I new I found a new favorite. I got a 5 meat pizza and the meat was layered on nicely and the sauce was perfect with a nice amount of cheese. They put a Parmesan garlic sauce of some sort on the top that will blow you away in taste… awesome at first bite. I will say I’ve tested many pizzas in my day and I’ll rank this one right up there with Chicago’s finest.

Joey D’s is a total foodie haven that blew my taste buds away. Their deep dish pizza is ridiculously good, with a crust that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with layers of cheesy perfection. And let me tell you, their lasagna is no joke either! It’s packed with all the classic Italian flavors you crave, like savory meat, cheesy goodness, and a rich tomato sauce that’ll have you drooling. The staff is super friendly, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Seriously, Joey D’s is a must-visit spot if you want to experience foodie heaven.

Food was good, but service was awful. Two different waitresses helped us. The one was very nice, but the other one openly complained about people in our party. On top of that, I find out they added more to my (decent) tip than I authorized by 50%. Disputed with my card company and will never come here again.

What a wonderful place! Pizza was great! Plenty of unique and tasty options on the “all things Italian” menu, an operation that runs like a well oiled machine and happy customers enjoying a delicious meal. We were seated quickly at our table and waited on promptly by a friendly waitress. One suggestion…buy more wine glasses! She had to hunt one down for my wine order. They also have a charitable foundation for their son who passed away tragically in a car accident. My heart breaks for this family but they are trying their best to find a silver lining in his passing by running a charitable foundation to support school athletic programs. That alone wins my repeat business!

The food at Joe D’s is amazing. Have not had a bad experience with the food. New York pizza quality and taste. Lunch combo with pizza and sandwich you can beat. I know that the service is hit or miss as it seams like timing and rush hour. If you can overlook the service, you will not be disappointed with the food and pizza. If you go, you must sit outside. Inside is kept at freezing temperature. Will continue to come back as I think this is the better pizza in Naples.
