Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club is located in the charming village of historic Greendale. Opened in August of 2012, Joey Gerard’s pays homage to Joe Bartolotta’s childhood and the supper clubs he frequented with his parents growing up.
Midwest supper clubs were born in the early 1930s mostly in rural Wisconsin and became an enticing destination where people would gather for cocktails, supper, and entertainment. Neighborhood camaraderie and a comfortable atmosphere is a commonality all supper clubs hold to this day.

Our server, Kim, was super! She was very nice and thoughtful. Our food was so good! We love the relish tray and crème brûlée!! I always get the lobster and it was awesome…I also tried the deluxe stuffed potato which was great! My husband loves the ribeye (and saves a bite for our dog). Thanks for a super anniversary dinner!

We were lucky to be there on a night their special was bone in pork chop and it was, as always, perfectly done and delicious. Our waiter Jodi was the best and made my husband’s 70th birthday just as he wanted. We hope they put the pork chop back on their regular menu, we miss it.

A really enjoyable evening at a Milwaukee-area supper club. It’s only about a decade old so it doesn’t have the well-worn atmosphere of most supper clubs but the staff was fantastic (bartender, hostess and our waitress) and the food and drinks were excellent. Good choice of classic old-timey cocktails in addition to the regular fare.

The food, service, and atmosphere are great. It is a very nice restaurant to have a birthday or anniversary dinner. During the holidays, the village is decorated, which gives a nostalgic vibe walking in – if you arrive on the hour, you’ll hear church bells ringing. Jody is our favorite server- always friendly and remembers us. The steaks are great and really good old fashions.

Husband and I went Joey Gerard’s for the first time for my birthday dinner. Our server was very pleasant and welcoming. Husband had prime rib and I had the ribeye steak. Husbands prime rib was on the cooler side and needed to be seasoned heavier. My ribeye was good, but mine could have been seasoned a little heavier as well. I received a piece of the Schaum torte for dessert. Glad we tried the restaurant, not sure if we would go back.

Jess took great care of us when visiting for our first time! She was able to answer questions on the menus and provide great recommendations! All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered the scallops and I believe they are using the wet ones. It has an almost bitter taste to it. I am surprised that they are using wet. For a fine dining place I am expecting better ingredients. Service is good and ambiance is nice.

Always enjoy coming here and grabbing a table in the bar. Always get the same bartender serving our table and he is great. Love that you can get the raw beef and Schaum tortes here.
