2 stars, because this wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve eaten, but since it took over an hour to get to us once our update said it was out for delivery (2 hours after ordering), it didn’t live up to the brick oven experiences I’ve had the pleasure of tasting in the past. By the time it got to us it wasn’t warm and was getting soggy. It probably would be better if you picked it up or dined in, but we weren’t looking to leave the condo after waking up early and traveling through the day.

My girlfriend and I went for lunch today at about 1:45. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. I ordered personal pepperoni pizza with a soda, nd she ordered personal white pizza with water. Both pizzas were delicious. We live across the border in SC and I work near the restaurant. I’ve been hesitant to try it due to some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we did. I’ll definitely be back on my lunch breaks and to bring pizza home for dinner for both of us. Don’t believe everything you read without trying it first yourself. I’m sure some have had negative experiences every once in a while, but I’d have to imagine those are few and far between from what we experienced. The only negative thing I can say is the menus need updating as both of ours were old and torn.

First timer. Pizza was good. NY Style cheese pizza. Wait wasn’t horrible, everything made fresh to order. So you may at times have to wait a little longer. I can see how busy this place can get. Phone always ringing. Sorry if you were forced to eat Dominos, Papa John’s, or Pizza Hut because no real pizza place around? That’s not even close to eating a real freshly made cheese pizza. Large 18″ cheese pie cut into 8 large slices and two fountain drinks came to about $22.00.

Pizza is good, salad was decent. Prepare for a longer wait than the estimated pick up time (~2 hrs). Placed an order for pizza and salad at 6:45 that was supposed to be ready btw 7:45-8. The pick up time was updated a few minutes later to 8:15 which was totally fine. The order wasn’t actually ready until 8:45. As someone who works in the food service industry, I hoped the serving staff would’ve been more courteous and at least offered us water or soda while we waited. We were among 4 groups waiting on orders placed before 7pm. Food was fresh and order was correct when it was all finally ready.

It’s really good pizza. Be prepared to wait because they’re very busy, but it’s worth the wait. We had the meat pizza pie and loaf of garlic bread. Delicious.

My pizza was good but that was the only thing about this experience. I was quoted max 1hour for pickup, waited over hour and half and nothing. Arrived and was completely ignored by the woman with a lot of ear piercings and black hair. She was too busy taking to a younger guy working there talking really awful about the other woman server working that night. Cussing and being very disrespectful about the other worker. Completely ignored me. I stood in front of the checkout desk in front of both the workers for 10 minutes and no one ever spoke to me. Instead they immediately talked to the couple who walked up to pay and helped him and the other customer behind him. Then the black haired woman walked away still ignoring me. I finally said something to the guy and he just acted like he had no idea I was standing In front of him for some time. At this point I’m pretty annoyed. Takes another 5 minutes looking for my order which was apparently sitting there. I get my pie and leave. Get to my car and my food was cold and disgusting. Go to get a refund and I’m told they can’t do refunds. Black haired woman was also insanely disrespectful to my partner as well. I will absolutely never go back to this place. Sucks the food was so good because their staff is absolutely repulsive. Do better.

I can see why people give this place a low star rating. My wife ordered a pizza online. The app said 1-hour wait, but within 30 minutes, she received a notice that the pie was ready. When I showed up to pick up said pizza, the restaurant said it would still be 15 min. I ended up waiting an hour and 15 min (total time after order).

2 hour wait told 80 mins when arrived told an additional 15 mins. took an additional 40 mins. I don’t mind the wait but don’t say 80 mins then make me wait an additional 40 upon arrival. If you had said 120 mins in the beginning you would get a 5 star rating. There needs to be a better waiting system as well. When we got food the calzone was cool and antipasto salad was not even chopped well. The Buffalo chicken wrap was the only item the correct temp. Maybe best to eat there.

not sure if we just came at the wrong time but we were here for well 20 mins and did not even get drinks. there were gnats all over and around the silverware and to-go stuff. we ended up leaving.
