After seeing so many posts about how good the food is here I brought some family from out of town yesterday and was very Happy with the food and the service. My family is very picky about their pizza and they said they enjoyed their pizza very much. I had oysters on the half shell that were absolutely delicious, fresh and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful with answering our questions. Recommend and will be back!

The food was excellent. Thin crust pizza made just right, clam strips were perfect, and the fresh fried dough was great. Order early though, this place is crazy on the weekends. Full staff and they were hustling, but it was still a 2-hour wait for our food on a Friday evening………which is fine, but the young woman on the phone didn’t inform me of that until AFTER I had put in the order.

Worst chicken parm I ever seen. The chicken cutlet was paper thin and dry. Out of curtesy I showed the workers and they said that’s how it usually is. I been there a few years ago and it was pretty dry too but I forgot to avoid this place.

The pizza is great. Some would say it’s too thin, but everyone has their own idea of what pizza is and it’s quality at Joey’s. The meatball subs are amazing. The only thing is you might have to ask for extra meatballs cause if you order a meatball sub as is, it doesn’t fill the whole roll. So far, everything I’ve got there is on point . Sometimes, the pizza is a little crunchy, but the taste is good . Staff is friendly, and Joey is a character. Kudos Joey

I thought I would try Joey’s thin crust pizza, and it was not worth the hour wait. The pizza arrived room temperature, and the crust was like eating cardboard…I could not bite through it! A thin crust should be crispy. This crust was stale. Sauce and toppings were tasty, but not overall enough to redeem the poor quality of the crust. George’s in Harwich is definitely worth the wait and drive.

Joey has a restaurant with a nostalgic atmosphere and decent parking. It’s across from the Dog House, see my review. Joey has a great food and drink menu. His pizza, Italian food, and other menu items are excellent. One of his specialities is fresh oysters he gets locally. If you are getting delivery it can be over 1 hour wait after 7pm but it’s worth it. Joey’s style of pizza and other menu items, plus the nice setting, makes his restaurant a experience for yourself or your family. I would only recommend Joey to have air conditioning for the dining room.

I live a few doors down from Joeys and can not wait for every summer to have some pizza!! My kids also love their chicken wings and oysters! Very friendly staff and pizza is delicious! Order early because they get busy!! Good food is in high demand!
