Worst experience ever! I hear of racism everyday but experienced it first hand here. Went with 2 of my girls, 2 of us ordered lobster stuffed with crab meat the other ordered shrimp scampi, both lobster was hard and we were unable to chew it, it was either under done over done or old. My friend explained to the server she was unable to eat her lobster hers was still whole she had small piece which was still on the plate. I had a piece of mine and I had given the other girls a piece to try which they agreed something was wrong with it. When we complained to the server all she asked was “can I clean the table” we all responded yes. After another server came over with a very nasty attitude and said “we don’t give free lobster here you have to pay” again no one said they were not willing to pay for their meals. We paid the check which was almost $200 and on our way out we asked to speak with a manager, we were told he was not available to speak with us and the rude server said to us “leave! Just leave do you want me to call the police” which we asked her to go ahead and do. We were racially profiled as it was 3 black girls dressed in sweat suits which was a nurse, Bank manager and a US armed force officer. I would recommend you stay away from this place.

I ordered the stuffed shrimp. I asked if they were individually stuffed and told yes. I received a dish of broiled shrimp drowned in butter with a blob of stuffing in the center of the casserole dish. This is not stuffed shrimp. This is broiled shrimp with stuffing on the side. Very disappointed as the prices are not cheap and I was expecting jumbo stuffed shrimp. The pompodoro sauce was heavy and tasted like it came from a can. Not light and fresh. Expected more from this long time establishment.

This place is amazing. Service is fantastic. Been here 3 times and the server remembers me. Food is spectacular. I dont even like pecan pie, but is great here. Must visit for seafood.

I wish zero star was an option. This is one of the worst place I’ve ever been and I would never go back or recommend to anyone. I went for dinner and my lobster was not chewable! I called my server and informed her about my meal and she cleared my table without offering to fix my meal. I requested my server again when another lady came out and was very disrespectful. Her exact words were “ u have to pay for it because we don’t give free lobster here” I told her I wasn’t there for free lobster and I want to be compensated with another meal because the lobster in my plate was still whole. There was only a small piece taken off which was on the side un chewable. I requested to see the manager and I was told to get out and she even took up the phone to call the police. At this point the bill was already paid for which is $186 and that includes the lobster that I was unable to eat. All I requested was to speak with the manager because I was dissatisfied. The manager did not come out to speak with us and I think I know the reason. It was three black girls dressed in sweats and sneakers. The three black girls are a nurse, a bank manager and a US armed force personnel. We felt racially profiled and would never go back here. I think our horrible experience needs to be known to the public. My friend recorded the scene and i have it saved for proof.

Service is horrible. Place would not honor gift certificate purchased a year ago. Ended up sending 1 meal back b/c the fish smelled odd. 3 strikes. We won’t ever be back.
