Only affiliated with the Beer Deck, and they are with me!! Lol. The hand crafted beers are rather potent… about 12%, the blonde beers are more palatable.. to me, being a light weight, one does me!! It’s a great venue with a wonderful view. Great afternoon, they have light food, snacks and a fantastic root beer float!! You’ll not see too many guys these days wearing a kilt… A cool place.

Very good food I got the brat with potato salad and sauerkraut and my boyfriend got the cheeseburger with coleslaw. Nice environment overlooking the river. Will return here.

John G’s was a great place to visit and have a beer with some friends. Their beer is locally made and is rather delicious. The environment is warm and inviting and it made for an overall great night out. The food was fantastic and and went really well with several different types of beer. I would highly recommend a visit for some great food and even better, locally made beer.

Very nice place to eat at. It has the small home town feel to it. They make their own beer which taste excellent! Customer service and waitress we’re good and friendly. Food is also delicious.

I adore John G’s. They have root-beer that’s made in the restaurant (don’t worry it’s not loud). It’s the best root-beer I’ve ever tasted. Their food is amazing too! You can tell by the taste that it’s homemade. There’s a space you can rent for events, and a Rumpus room. Just behind John G’s, there’s the Beer Deck. The Beer Deck does sell food and has a beautiful very of the river. Across the street, there’s Main Street Creamery (They sell ice cream). So a perfect place for food and the desert!

Friendly local hangout down off the riverfront in Washington MO. All outdoor seating, providing great views of the Missouri River from an elevated bar and deck. I’m sure it’s great in the spring and fall but if your looking to escape the heat in the summer there is no AC here.
