Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, and had to drive up to Arcade, NY. The service was excellent, and the food was even better. I would recommend the cheeseburger sub. I hadn’t had one since my teenage years, and it was like awesome. They also had Loganberry drink, something I hadn’t had since leaving Buffalo. Anybody stopping through Arcade should stop there for food and refreshments.

We waited 45 minutes for a dry tasteless souvlaki wrap. After waiting 40 minutes and nobody acknowledging our existence I went to see if they lost our order and about 20 people were standing around waiting. One told me they were waiting for over an hour and another was almost an hour and a half. We had stopped for a quick bite before a 2 hour drive and ended up being there well over an hour. Might as well have waited to eat when we got there.

My family go here for consistently fresh & delicious food, including sandwiches, subs, wraps, soup & salad. This restaurant also serves Pizza, among other items, although we have never tried it here.

Come here sometimes weekly. Horrible experience tonight. Waited almost 50 minutes for a salad, taco and loaded tator tots. Food came out chicken was ICE COLD, taco was cold and tots were luke warm at best. Send my chicken salad back after they threw my chicken in the microwave and then was so rubbery could not even chew it, while eaten my salad (lettuce) I almost choked on a white twist tie, I pulled out of my mouth. Can honestly say won’t be back anytime soon !

Recently we went for lunch here at John and Mary’s. The food was tasty. Particularly, the side order of deep fried onions were light and delicious. Service was quick and professional. We’re planning on returning here soon.

We had a party of 13. A few of our orders were messed up or forgotten due to new staff. The rug was extremely sticky and gross. We were disappointed they only had milkshakes and no more ice cream available. The food was ok when we finally got it all.

I ordered bbq chicken wings and ranch which clearly shows on the recipt and I got no ranch and mostly bbq sauce more than the wings. And its not the first time it had happened
