First trying this place and it was so good. I had cheeseburger combo, very delicious. The service is wonderful, the cashier which I didn’t get her name was super nice and attentive. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful lunch.

Tried this place based on reviews. Not sure if the area knows what a burger should taste like. The lettuce in the burger was soaked in water and not drained properly causing bun to become soggy. The chili on the chili cheese fries was old and obviously used day after day reheated over and over again. Ordered to go and did seem to take a while for my order based on the amount of business at the time. I’ll definitely never go back but still confused with how they have so many stars!

This is a classic Tustin “Local’s” place. The menu has a great combination of good old American comfort food and Mexican food. The servings are insanely big. The burgers were huge and the fries and onion rings cooked to perfection. The service was quick and friendly. This is a place the “Locals” love and I’m sure you will too. Guaranteed!

Upon reading the reviews, I read the one about the person requesting a refund after watching their prepared food sit on the counter ready to be served for 20-30 mins, while the girl working tended to everything BUT the customers who’s food was ready….and I thought to myself, gee dramatic much? Then I thought ehh, that was probably a one time thing. Let’s go check this place out!! Food reviews are good, pics look yummy, prices are reasonable. So upon convincing the family, we arrive, order our food and go sit to wait. 20 mins passes and my father notices plates of food literally stacked on top of each other just sitting in the pass. He waits 5 mins. The girl continues making a pot of coffee and slowly folding an empty box. Mind you there’s two tables of people eating and now 3 more people waiting to order. Guy behind asks me “is she new?” I said I don’t know, this is our first time here. My dad attempts to get her attention and asks for our food that’s slowly decomposing. Nothing! She completely ignores him and keeps her back turned. A minute or two passes, and I attempt with the same question. She ignores me as well. The girls literally 2 ft away from me at best. If she turned down the blaring music in the back, maybe she could hear her customers. She finally acknowledges that the food is ready, while still completely ignoring us. Takes another minute or so to put up food for someone who wasn’t even there. Then finally hands us our now cold and stale (toast) food that’s been sitting at least 10 mins. Food was mediocre at best. Based off other reviews I really wanted to like this local “gem” but wasn’t impressed by the food or service. Best thing I could say is the prices were very decent compared to other diners here in Orange. Not sure if this girl is family to the owners, but she could definitely do with some customer service and multi tasking classes and/or training. Clearly we’re not the only ones who have had issues with her. Now I digress… moral of the story we won’t be going back. But if you go, I hope your experience is better than ours.

Had a bacon cheeseburger with fries it was a great Burger, and the fries were perfect nice and crispy not soggy and the ingredients on the Burger were all fresh and delicious this is a great mom and pop burger joint, locally owned and the people are great, a nice clean place to go and enjoy a meal and the prices are very reasonable I look forward to going again.
