Oh my, this was a fabulous place to eat. The food was incredibly delicious. The service was great. Our server’s name was Josie G. She was very knowledgeable and exceptionally courteous. We ordered the Fajita Burger with french fries and the Spicy Shrimp Taco plate with pinto beans. It was scrumptious!

Fun atmosphere, especially if you like guitars and Cadillacs! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was only so-so though. The chicken fried chicken is so large it ought to be split, which we did. The corn on the cob was overcooked and very bland. The mashed potatoes were good, but just that. The chicken was executed well, but just lacked some flavor elements of competitors. My daughter loved the Pop’s Burger but her jalapeno poppers were too hot for her taste. I tried a bite, and I do like spicy, and this very much fits that bill. Not for people that don’t just love spicy food. Hatch green chili gravy on the mashed potatoes was probably the star for us on the plate. Of note the tortilla chips were super hard! Not sure if stale but they were very hard to chew.

The staff was very friendly. At first the atmosphere is really eye pleasing, aqua booths on top of black and white elevated tile floors, brick wall around the bar, wood encased glass between the booths and lots of visual interest on the walls.
