First this establishment is located within The Post @ International Food Hall off Franklin Street. Google it, and you won’t get lost.

Johnny WHATEVER Burger – I got a hot dog and fries and it took 20 minutes and it tasted regular nothing special at ALL. I noticed there is a lot of nice branding and “good food prices” for normal tasting food an unapologetic slow service. It’s sad customers get hit will a tip request in the first 30 secs and get rewarded with “overhyped tasting” food and slow service. This food is NOT worth the money or the wait.

Beware of the 3oz patties on these overpriced burgers. I order the All American and the bun was cold and the beef was the size of a Happy Meal burger at McDonalds, but cost $18 with drink, fries and tip.

Good food but not great for two reasons. 1) is the price, although we had two meals our total came to around 34-38 dollars. It consisted of a basic burger with nothing special and I would best describe it as an unseasoned Five Guys burger. As for the flat bread sandwich (the number 2 I believe that’s picture number 3), it’s a barebones patty-melt from Whataburger. With the combo for an additional 5 bucks on top of the already 10-12 dollar burgers, you get a ton of fries, and the option of 3 simple drink choices. They were a cola in a bottle (a random brand), Aquafina water, and Pepsi. It’s lacking in choices and this definitely affected my experience. Especially when the restaurants around have much more selection that is much more savory. 2) Although I already mentioned how plain the burger is, I can’t emphasize it enough. This burger and sandwich is nothing special, it doesn’t have much flavor and it’s a glorified five guys burger and a Whataburger patty melt. There are much tastier options around the plaza. It’s not justified for the price, and I honestly didn’t leave satisfied.

Place is weak. All bun, no beef. Took them about 20 minutes to cook a single *minuscule* patty that I couldn’t even find in the bun. If you go, either be prepared to spend about $20 for a triple or curb your appetite before. There are definitely better spots in POST.

I think the secret ingredient is butter on the bun because that was very tasty. The burger themselves had a great flavor and it’s my surprise the price and like they were cut fresh. Had a golden color the right crispiness or thick. We ordered this for my child but of course I had some as well.

Burger tasted like a dirty grill top, never got a text that my order was ready then went and checked and my food was just sitting there 20 minutes later. Also it was 25 dollars for a burger fry and soft drink. Felt like I was at the airport. The weirdest thing of all was when I got home from eating here and laid down for bed my phone chimed. I looked and at 11pm, my burger was ready.

Got there for a quick lunch. No line. Ordered a simple burger ($9) , Frito pie ($6) and drink ($3). The order took 25 minutes. there was no one in front of me not sure why it took so long. Total amount just under 20 dollars. The burger was ok. The frito pie did not come with everything that was stated on the menu. It just had Chili and cheese, and it was not hot. The drink was the size of a McDonald’s child’s drink. Told the guy at the front about the frito pie and he response to me was. “Oh. Yea. Sorry about that.”

the man who took my order was too nice. he knows how customer service is supposed to be and while i dont remember this mans name (even though my slow self asked specifically for this review) he is definitely a keeper. he was funny and had an accent. my girlfriend told him he sounded like austin powers and he did an impression. food was great will be back when not broke.
