Absolutely love this spot. Got takeout from here a few times already and we have never been left disappointed. From the wide variety of pies available to their amazing starters, everything about Johnny Pies in Coconut Creek is amazing. The food always comes delivered with great presentation, efficient timing, and a good amount of side sauces. When it comes to pies, I’d highly recommend the Grandma Pizza, Meat Lovers Pizza, and the Vodka Pizza. If you got room for some appetizers as well, I’d highly recommend their Garlic Knots w/ extra garlic and boneless lemon pepper wings. I’m looking forward to trying to dine in at Johnny Pies as I’m assuming it’s as stellar, if not better, than the take out experience. I highly recommend Johnny Pues if you’re in the area and have a deep craving for some pizza.

Stopped by for a Veggie Pizza to go. First of all, the staff is teriffic, very cordial and accommodating. The pie was unanimously delicious. Nice crust, tasty sauce and nicely populated with veggies. I asked that the olives be omitted, so they added some additional mushrooms & onion. After reading several good reviews about this place, I will have to come back to try other menu items. Everything being prepared and served while I was there looked delicious.

I was recommended this place from a friend and since I was in the area I decided to stop by. Walking into this place you just know the food is going to be good and I was not disappointed! My calzone and my friend’s pizza were both delicious. I was also told the wings were good. I didn’t get this time but I will definitely be going back!

Was in the area and found this gem. Excellent “NY style” (or Jersey boardwalk) pizza and the folks that work there were great. We had a large plain and it was very close to the pizza we get when we visit up North. Nice thin crust, but not so thin that it’s crunchy. A good sauce that is not sweet and plenty of good stringy cheese. Toughest part was having the patience to let it cool enough so I wouldn’t burn the roof of my mouth (I didn’t! LOL) Don’t go there expecting elegance – it’s a pizza place and the place feels like you’re visiting NY neighborhood joint! Well done guys!

OMG! FUHGETABOUTIT! Today was my first time trying this place. Someone had mentioned to me in passing as I am from Brooklyn NY and always saying can’t find a good NY Pizzeria here on South FL..well as I am still trying to catch my breath and recover from almost passing out I can tell you this is now my number one place! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked in and saw not ONLY Rice Balls but my favorite besides Pizza in NY..A CHICKEN ROLL!!! I knew of only one other place that knew what a Chicken Roll was and made them and they closed. But at any rate as soon as I saw that and asked if it was indeed a Chicken Roll I ordered it and waited in anticipation for it to come out of the oven..and WOW!! My prayers have been answered..I now found a real NY Pizzeria and that is also evident in the Cheese they use..GRANDE cheese is the best cheese and only cheese a Pizzeria should be using. So they use the best ingredients too. I will now be frequenting this Pizzeria as it will be my number one place to go and anxious to try many other items that I am sure will be amazing! Good Job Johnny Pies! Highly Highly Recommended, especially if your from NY or NJ as you will really appreciate this place and feel like your back home

You may not find Johnny here but you will find Dennis the owner and a great staff turning out delicious food. Pictured is a non menu item they cooked up for me since im on a diet. Its a modified peppers and egg sub without the bread and added sausage, onions, and cheese. They are very accommodating and reasonable when ordering off menu. Food and service is always a 10. Thanks guys!!!

We’ve been craving vodka slice pizza and we ordered from this restaurant. Vodka slize pizza is 7/10 that’s good florida pizza. Need a lil bit of work for it to be 10/10. Desserts is really good too. Portion is great. The only thing I didn’t like is their website prices are not updated, we were charged more than the price on website’s menu. I’ll go dine in next time, pizza is better when you don’t close it in box. So maybe it’ll be more fresh when we dine in!
