Pretty good for a mall burger joint ! Plates cooked to order. Would recommend the Milkshakes – I had the strawberry Oreo one and it was pretty good. Burger photographed is the spicy Houston burger.

Food was hot and fresh. We had to wait a bit but the food was really good so worth the wait. The cashier lady was very friendly and patient with us and we enjoyed the milkshakes for a a few minutes while they finished up our meal. It was our first time eating here and I cannot wait to come back and have the food again, I really enjoyed it and wished I had a location in my area I think it would be a great addition to my home area.

No tap to pay option when every other store in the mall offers it. Need to catch up with technology. Overall the counter was unkept, straw paper and remnants of the last patrons meal still on the tables. Food took a while so giving me my shake to allow it to melt before getting my meal wasn’t ideal. Overall just a bad experience, will make the mile long line at Panda Express seem a lot shorter on my next visit. No need to respond just do better for the next folks who decide to eat there.

Visited here from NY for vacation. The location is in a food court and offers sit down options at a counter, but no indoor dining. The wait for the food took a very long time, as there was only one person preparing the food. There was also a mix-up with a burger and the order was thrown in the garbage, so an entire new burger had to be cooked which took an additional 15 minutes. I would suggest avoiding this location and looking for a proper sit down one.

I GIVE UP NOT A GOOD PUSHOVER
I paid $5.49 for a medium sized milkshake that was extremely thin. Not only that but I waited for an unusual length of time compared with most other fast food places. They asked me for my name just like they do at the pizza places and a milk shake should be served within seconds, not minutes and they should wait on one customer at a time. I watched them fix several milkshakes and it was very similar to they way people fix milkshakes at home.

I was at the mall, I used the restroom in the food court when he Johnny rockets employee came out of a toilet stall after doing his business. He did not wash his hands but returned to the store and started prepping food I would avoid this location.

Food so fresh and delicious it doesn’t need salt! Kitchen area extremely clean, including the ceilings and vents. Staff very courteous and polite! Bacon cheddar fries are to die for!

the wait was so long, the fries were cold, they got our shakes wrong after 45 minutes of waiting and they were very rude about it! it’s a food court in a mall idk what i expected but it wasn’t horrible food/service.
