Den and the other Johnny Rockets staffers were great. You could feel the excitement and joy of a little girl and her parents, as everyone on staff took part in the festivities. Den is a great manager as far as I could see. He tried to be nice to an addict who came in to try something slick with foreign currency. A balance was struck. 3.5/5.

Let me start off by saying this, there ARE better Johnny rockets out there. This one is not it! The food is not the best. I asked for a PHILLY CHEESE STEAK and barely cheese. The bread was old, wasn’t even soft or fresh to eat. The food in general makes you not want to eat there anymore. As for the staff, not very knowledgeable. Like I said this Johnny rockets is not it.

Haven’t had Johnny Rockets in a long time since so many have closed in my area so it was nice to have here. Had the rocket double and cheese fries. Being that they are in Hoboken, they are open late even on a Wednesday until midnight.

We arrived before the other customers, but only because we spoke Spanish they preferred to serve the food of the customers who arrived after us. When we asked why our food was not ready, the waiter told us that they were busy and we should wait, now We had waited 1 hour, lousy service, I never go back to that place again, in the end, after 1 hour and 30 minutes they told us that we had to wait 30 more minutes, we preferred to ask for the bill and leave.
