My 3 grandchildren, husband, and I ate here around 3:00. We wet up to the register but, were told to use the touch screen to place our order by staff. After we entered the orders of 5 people and tried to pay, it froze. An employee tried to get it to work but, couldn’t while the rest of us used napkins to clean off a table because they were ALL filthy and so were the seats. After finally sitting down, my husband told us that we had to come up and redo the order into the other screen. After 20 minutes of trying to order and clean our table, our order finally went through with the other touch screen. We were starving and always loved eating at other Johnny Rockets on cruises, etc. Our number was called, and we received our order. What a disappointment and rip off! We paid over $100 for cold, burnt hamburgers with stale buns and cold fries. Two of the burgers were supposed to have bacon and did not. I have NEVER received a meal like this!!!! We should have taken it back but, by then the line for the touch screen was out the door so we did not. I truly wish we’d read the reviews and saved the $110 to eat somewhere else!!!

Came here Sunday and idk how Kennywood let this place go down hill. Only positive was the one hostess/kitchen staff for bringing or milkshakes. I feel if Kennywood can’t keep up with this place dirty tables, food not cooked right. Then they need just bring back carousel of kitchens they had better experience then this place.

Stay away. Far away. This place is disgusting. Filthy tables and floors. The food is cold and our chicken fingers weren’t even fully cooked. The staff is oblivious. The girl with the long black hair couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone when I simply asked if they could put the toppings on my fiance’s burger (it came out as a patty and bun lol). Kennywood has gone downhill but this establishment is the epitome of how far they’ve fallen.

We have been going to Johnny Rockets at Kennywood for years. The restaurant has never been the cleanest, but this year, it was awful. The tables were all dirty and no one was cleaning them between customers.

The entire restaurant was dirty. Zero effort was expended to clean any tables during the duration of our visit. All of our meals were dried-out and not hot. This place has gone downhill and deserves an overhaul or the wrecking ball.

The food wasnt good! Waited so long fir it! Pop was all carbonation! To pay $45 for food, it should be good! Plus we ordered a side of fries because we didnt know until we saw the actual menu that they came with the burgers! We ordered from a kiosk and it didnt say! Very disappointed in this restaurant!

Automated menu is terrible no way to ask questions or even order a burger with no bun for example . High prices. You can’t hear them call your order number over the music. I didn’t think I needed to read reviews of a generally pretty good burger chain before wasting so much time and money but I should have.

We have enjoyed this spot for years when visiting Kennywood. The new kiosk system, minute menu, lousy service and 2 hours of the day it ate up ruined the afternoon. So better Johnny Rockets, we know you can because you used to be amazing, so fun, signing, dancing, service, fun!

Not sure if pandemic after effects, or if this is just how Kennywood rolls, but I have to be honest, this is the most depressing Johnny Rockets I’ve ever had the misfortune to dine at. Menu is currently two burgers, chicken fingers, and fries. Yay. Pictured is the Chicken Finger platter in all its $13 glory. Mouth watering, no?
