The food was cold by the time we got it. We got 6 meals and spent $135. The milk shakes were so thick we couldn’t drink them. Everything tasted like it came from the cheap freezer section. I definitely don’t recommend eating here. Over priced and bad cold food. The employees were nice. So that was the only good part.

Half the stuff on the menu is “not available”. For some reason, the things that were not available were being served to others based on who was at the counter. They didn’t accept credit cards for some reason and the order was incomplete when we got it. After we waited for 30 min, we reminded the staff and then got the rest of it. Also, most of the staff was huddled in a room inside while a line formed outside. Overall not a great experience at all

Food was bad fries were cold chicken tasted like rubber. Apparently they said it’s an express so no refills on fries like the other Johnny rockets. Tables were dirty. Condiments on tables were all empty if there was any. Hot dog was disgusting my kid wouldn’t even eat it. Definitely will not be going back. Spent almost $50 on lunch for 2 kids and 2 adults. Got food wasn’t worth $10

I just tried this location. I thought it was the same as going to the mall. Big disappointment my husband burger was cold. My chili cheese fries weren’t appealing. The sitting area was very dirty. The milk shakes weren’t that great either. Maybe the restaurant could be revamp.

This place is a great environment! Very friendly staff, great food, and very clean place. The manger was very helpful to my family and I when we needed help. The cashier was very funny and we had great conversation. Overall would recommend this place to everyone!

The restaurant only had burgers,fries, chicken tenders and Swiss cheese. Not sure what was happening or why they didn’t have a full selection that day but, the service was excellent. 1 stars because we came for the options on the menu and couldn’t get the first, second or third thing we wanted. We settled because we were hungry. They get another star because what they actually had available was good and the service good. They informed us of the limited menu as soon as we walked in. It was our choice to stay but we drove there specially for the menu they normally would have had.
