I don’t even know where to begin… I ordered takeout from the kiosk, thinking my food would be done in a timely manner because my friend had work the following morning and I kid you not I waited 30 minutes for a Rocket dog and an order of fries. This place was a disaster the kitchen floors were disgusting and the one guy who worked there had his hair hanging while packaging food. I finally received my food, the fries were cold just sitting on the counter while my hot dog was being made. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This will be my last time here. I hope something changes and no one has to go through what I went through. Next time I will be getting sheetz or McDonald’s.

Very horrible wait times, order some wings and they were sitting in the fryer for 30 plus minutes, tried to serve me them after being left on the counter. If they didn’t have their phones to mess around on in the back, we’d have a better experience, would rather go to McDonald’s and get my food faster then this place. At least they wouldn’t leave my food in the open for 30 minutes for flies to get on it.

If I could give no stars I would. On 4/4/22 my husband and I stayed at the hotel and planned to go here to have breakfast the next morning. We were early and waited for them to open at 9am. Another couple undid the rope and let themselves in as the lights were just turned on and sat down at the counter. We followed them in since they were now open. We sat down at a table next to the counter. The waitress saw us sitting there and she totally ignored us. Everyone after us got seated and given menus and silverware. After 4 other tables being seated we got up and left. So disrespectful and rude! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I was so so delighted to see that they had plant based options like shakes and burgers. I have now been there 3 times and they tell me they don’t have any of those items in stock. Why advertise it on a sign right outside your business then? Virtue signaling and false advertising much? I could see being out of those items sometimes, but all three times I’ve tried to visit??? Do your employees just get to not order items that you claim are on the menu? Ridiculous. I even emailed from the website directly about this issue and never got a response. Awful company. I won’t try again.

There food is ALWAYS fantastic. Cooked to perfection. Staff is for the most part very friendly and attentive. I took away a star because they are always closing down early every time it’s a new time and close like 10-15 minutes early alot. They need to realize people drive to them specifically! Closing down early makes people waste gas and sometimes skip dinner not nice!

Food is more of a fast food type. Service is not good. Our server was more interested in carrying on a personal conversation than actually concentrating on customer service. People sat, waited too long for him to come to their table they were getting up and waking out. On a scale of 1-10 the food was a 6.
