Waited 26 minutes for 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 3 drinks. My burger had massive layers of mayonnaise on top and bottom bun that was thicker than frosting on most cakes. Ended up scraping off half the toppings onto a napkin. Not worth the wait and certainly not worth $57

We had gotten food yesterday, it took 20 minutes for us to get our order and people who ordered after us got their order 10 minutes before us. When we went to eat our food our order ended up being wrong. Then I noticed the female cook in the back multiple times were being unprofessional and staring, making faces and laughing at the few customers in line to the two workers. It was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen, I will not be coming back here.

I loved the service! Santiago was very cheerful to take my order and the food didn’t even take that long to get to me. The burger and fries were amazing and definitely made my day with the wonderful customer service. Definitely going back to this place!

I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes to place my order because of a $100 order. Wait… what? 30 minutes to place an order. Apparently the person on the grill wanted to keep her grill clean versus actually cook. It wasn’t even close to closing? $100 order at the prices you charge is like 6 maybe 7 burgers not including extras or sides? To the female cook working on Mother’s Day, You’d never make it in an actual restaurant putting up numbers like that. Super disappointing. Never going back. Shame too, I really liked Johnny Rockets.

I would not eat here again. Food is good that’s not the problem it’s the service and charging my card more then I authorized(signed for on my receipt)for AFTERWARDS is the issue. They made our 1 out of 3 order wrong we took it back and one lady who wasn’t fluent in English said “we make another one very sorry” she was very nice we were giving back the wrong order she said no “keep keep” so we tossed it my husband finally got his correct order. When I originally made the order it was $50 and some change I signed the receipt. AFTER her saying sorry and saying they will fix it no one told me that they were charging my card again for another burger for $10…I come home and see this morning my card was charged $10 …without letting me know that they were going to do that.
