Having a great burger in the middle of a busy convention was a great treat. The food was amazing and the dinner felt superb. If you are in the mood for something comforting, this is the place.

My wife and I went to eat at Pan Asian they said what you see is what we have (which wasn’t much) and then she said we don’t accept cash only cards (at 645 pm) so we went over to good old faithful Johnny rocket and no disappointment at all great food and amazing service! The red head lady that took my order said sorry for what happened and more than made up for the crappie experience and had me and my wife laughing. Thanks little red head lady!

What garbage food. $20 for an overcooked burger from frozen with a side of fries. Worst food I’ve had in Vegas. I’d recommend eating anywhere else but here.

Had never had this before. Not top bad of a wait, sort of spendy for a generic hamburger.

The only positive thing that can be said about the Johnny Rockets is that the employees were nice when we ordered and it’s one of the few places open so late. We ordered and took the food to our room and discovered it wasn’t what we ordered, you’d think that when they overcharge you so much they would at least get it right. It’s very over priced (the drinks alone are $5 each) so much so that the employee told us to get our drinks at the vending machine to save. The food took forever to make despite being super empty since it was so late. Next time I will go to sleep hungry instead.

It’s not correct to call it Johnny Rockets as it is a bunch of different food establishments. I believe they are all run buy the same people and are located inside the Flamingo Hotel. They all share the same sitting area. That particular day we ate Asian food. It was terrible. Worse than the food is the quality of the furniture. I was sitting in a chair and turned my body a few degrees to the right to look at a TV screen when one of the legs on the chair gave out totally and I fell to the floor hitting my head on either the chair or table behind me causing my head to bleed. Someone who decided to purchase these chairs obviously made the decision to purchase based on price not safety. These chairs are relatively new. I have attached a picture so you can see how the chair gave out. The most interesting thing is that neither the restaurant nor the hotel in a week has reached out to see how I am.

Elizabeth was awesome! I asked for my hamburger well done and got exactly what I ordered. Fries were also freshly cooked and hot. Great job Elizabeth! Thank you!

The food was great as always, as I often eat at Johnny Rockets here at home in Reno, my review is simply for awareness of something going on as it is an issue here in Reno as well, not a Johnny Rockets thing, just overall. We enjoyed the Shark Reef Aquarium and then ate at Johnny Rockets at the food court at Around Noon on Tuesday 3/22, the cashier was alert to recognize I was former Military, thanked me for my service and even gave a Military discount in the food which was much appreciated! Total was $68 and change and I paid with a $100 bill. This morning at a convenance store in Reno I paid using the $10 bill that I had received back as my change from Vegas and the cashier at the store immediately recognized it as a counterfeit. It was embarrassing and I go to this store often, I couldn’t plead enough that it was not intentional and I failed to examine the bill myself from the moment I received my change. So just as a precaution, even at an established and reputable property, be alert and take a look and feel at any money you receive.
