My family and I are sitting here at the Disney way location in Anaheim and we waited 20 minutes while the waitress disregarded us as she was taking payments for other customers. While I understand she was busy, her priorities weren’t in order. She had another worker with her as he could have jumped in to help take orders or take a payment. When she finally got to us she was not apologetic. Please get her more help or better retraining.

Such a great place to eat. Can’t say enough good things about it. The workers were so nice and kind and they worked very fast and efficiently. They offer gluten free and vegan options! Like gluten free buns, veggie burgers, dairy free cheese, and even vegan milkshakes. Overall I would definitely come back I had a great experience. 🙂 the worker even made a happy face out of ketchup.
