Pretty good! Chicken in my friends chicken bacon ranch wrap was very dry but saved by the mozzarella cheese and ranch. Father’s calzone was amazing all around, and my meatball sub was dry but pretty good. I’m extremely happy with my waitress and our food was warm and ready under 15 minutes. Great service all around just needs a bit touching up.

Placed an order for a large pizza with several toppings, some split half and the garlic knots. The order was wrong on the pizza side and didn’t notice until I got home. It was pouring rain and I was just ready to get home after a long day. Called the location to let to let them know the order was wrong for the pizza, the gentleman who answered offered to correct the issue. Super happy with the outcome and customer service from this location. 10/10 Highly recommend this location. We’ve ordered from here several times and everything turns out amazing! Thank you for taking care of the issue promptly and for being kind!

The wings & customer service were the best part of this place. the wings weren’t overcooked & had a lot of flavor. The pizza was very mediocre. Nothing special. I now understand other people’s comments that said you can get a similar pizza at the frozen section of Walmart. New York style pizza has a certain style to it & this place didn’t have it. I would of given them 3 stars. But they allowed this lady to bring 2 dogs onto the patio. Not just to pick up an order. She sat down & actually had a beer. The dogs were jumping all over the seats & the employees were coming outside to pet the dogs & then return inside to serve us pizza, like no thank you.

Food is delicious! I love that the lemon pepper doesn’t have so much seasoning yet tastes just right! I love the vibe and the art around the place . Could organize the bar a little more. Bathrooms are super clean . Service Is fantastic!

Ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza, came with just a bit of sauce near the edges nowhere else just dry. Shows they really don’t care about the customer and the preparation of the food, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Update: Lowered from 3 to 1 star as the owner of this franchise never reached out to discuss the poor service. Corporate was very quick to respond and seemed genuinely interested, so maybe we will try a different location as the menu was really pretty good.. But I will not return to this one..

The customer service at johnnys is amazing. The atmosphere on the inside seems like a great place to watch a game and relax. The pizza to me was just okay but the garlic bread was the gamechanger. I loved them so much I would go back just for that. Highly recommend.

I faithfully order through DoorDash from this company but all locations are not the same. I am always receiving something that is not correct. Today was my last straw. I received two slices of completely burnt pizza. I paid extra for cheese and extra for pepperoni. I didn’t receive either yet DoorDash wants to credit me only three dollars for a $12 meal, I called the store to complain and of course there’s nothing they can do but yet they will continue to mess up an order or two or three or many. I am Beyond upset. DoorDash has nothing to do with the issues they give us customers. So I’m out of a $12 meal as well as a Meal in general. So I lose my money and I lose my food and all they can say is there’s not much they can do about it but suggest I call DoorDash personally why would I call DoorDash with DoorDash? Did not mess it up. I should be calling and speaking to a manager a supervisor, and then doing something about it other than giving me a coupon, what you think did I never wanna eat there again I am beyond disappointed, and I am not happy. They will never get my service again.
