I would like to consider our office some regulars. We frequent this location at least once a week most weeks two times. Today was HORRIBLE, we walked in sat outside where it was a little warmer, it was right at 12pm as we were on our lunch break. The waitress came and got our drink order, came out about 12:10 with our drinks and collected our orders. We each ordered a sandwich off the lunch menu. At 12:35 no sign of our food, and we only have till 1pm as its our lunch hour. One of the girls that was in our party went inside to check on our order, we were told there is someone new in the kitchen and it’s taking him a little while longer, we continued to wait, we asked if we could go ahead and pay/grab to go drinks and just package our food to go as it was nearing our time to return to work. At 12:53pm the waitress finally brings our food out, still no to go drinks. So, we go inside to wait on those so we can get back to the office. The waitress is talking to another coworker and then realizes we are waiting, hands us our drinks, with drink all around the outside cup. She then proceeded to try and wipe it with a rag, one I’m guessing she uses to wipe tables. We stop her and ask for napkins, so we can wipe on our own. We get back to the office to eat our food at our desk, all of our bread was soggy from the amount of condiments put on the sandwiches, and the fries were undercooked and stuck together. All around it was a total let down and I’m not sure that I will be back. All the staff could say was “Sorry”. Very disappointed!

Just want to shear my experience today at this location…I ordered a Medium 2 topping T/C…which is normally 16″…well I waited over 30 min..very small crowd..servers not friendly to me…didn’t speak other then my order and my bill

My co-workers and I are regulars here, but today was our last visit. We came in for lunch and it took an hour to receive our food, which we had to get to-go so we could get back to work and eat at our desks. I ordered a steak and cheese sub with fries. My bread was dripping with grease, the meat was not even cut up and I don’t think it was cooked all the way, and the fries were also undercooked. If you have a new staff member in the kitchen and are running behind, it would be nice to let your customers know so they may entertain other nearby options if they are on a time limit. This location has lost an office staff full of customers.

We ordered the DELUXE, added black olives and wanted onions on half. What we got was a cheese pizza with some black olives and about 2 pieces of onion on 1 slice. I understand things happen but this is totally unacceptable. We got this delivered and after all the fees and everything it was about $50. Never again.

We like going there for sound check (music bingo) on Thursday nights. Honestly, the food is ohhh kaaayy – not great or anything. Taylor is the best server there.. turbo Tay Tay! if this johnnys location worked a bit harder on their quality of food… we’d be overjoyed. Pizza n wings (crispy – well done) is they’re best offering.

we walked in at 15 min. before closing after being at the hospital all day and exhausted. So glad the kitchen was still open. Jess took very good care of us at the bar. Recommended the Great White pizza on cauliflower crust. It was very good. Thank you Johnny’s and Jess for giving us a pleasant ending to a very stressful day.
