When Jamie is there everything is smooth and service is stellar. I understand staffing shortages but to have employees make excuses about the end of the bag of lettuce as a reason my salad is sub par. Pizza =GREAT

First time eating at this location. Our pizza was out quickly, delicious, and the service was good too. The only thing different about this Johnny’s location is that you have to order at the register, but that’s not a big deal. They still bring your food and drinks to your table and you can still have a lovely dining experience. Now what I want to compliment the most is the staff’s composure when a rather rude and difficult customer was making a scene while we were eating. She threatened them with writing a bad review, which they do not deserve. Let me tell you, they held their compusure with professionalism and patience. I was so impressed that I told my daughter to go put some extra cash in their tip jar. I wish people would remember that a lot of places can’t find workers right now, and treat people who are actually working with kindness. I will come back to eat here again as I was not only impressed with my food, but I was also impressed with the staff.

My sister referred me to Johnny’s for their calzone and I am so glad she did… delish The pizza is equally great! This location is generally not overcrowded so it’s not too long a wait to get your order. Good prices, delicious food, low wait time and good customer service. If you come during peak times parking can be a little bit of a bear unless you don’t mind walking a little ways.

Where do I start? We went in to order a large pizza and wings. The wait was 25 mins , we sat while they prepared the food. As I watch the Woman making pizza was not wearing gloves, but the kicker was she was handling dough and wiped her nose with the same hand she was touching food with. So we asked was that our pizza and explained to the cashier why I was asking. He stated that the oven kills germs. I then replied that it doesn’t matter if she is wiping her nose then if a nose hair or something gets in dough we are now eating particle out her nose. So he finally asked was that our food and she stated ours was in oven already. How ever it took an additional 15 mins for the food.

The customer service was great. They gave my daughter some crayons and and coloring sheet in the mean time to keep her occupied while we waited. We ordered 4 cheese pizza lg, 2 steak and cheese pizza’s LG and 10 piece lemon pepper wings.
