We came to the restaurant around 8pm on 7/14/23. The mini garlic knots were not fresh, they were not warm and they were doughy. I politely took them back and they were kind about it. They asked if we wanted a replacement but we ordered bruschetta instead. The manager ended up not charging us for the appetizer at all. That was sweet of her because that was not our expectation in the least. The Margherita pizza was very plain and they forgot the chicken requested on it. No problem about forgetting chicken but the server (short, male, w/brown shoulder length hair) brought chicken piled on a plate and had us put it in our pizza ourselves?! When went to use the plates we noticed 3 out of 5 were dirty. We told the server he was embarrassed about the plates and started yelling at our table about his coworkers. After the dishes fiasco he never came back to the table. He never checked on us. We saw him serving his other tables inside the restaurant though. Maybe it was one too The manager brought us our check. We did not leave him a tip which we NEVER do. However, he was scattered, treated us poorly and unfortunately u don’t get rewarded for that. The manager that night was nice and showed great customer service, the server was the opposite. We will never return back!

Not all Johnny’s are the same. I was introduced to the brand in Columbus GA and loved it! As close to NY style pizza that I have been able to find in the south. When They opened a Johnny’s right down the block I was excited. Y’all! It was so freakin good! Ordered half pepperoni half slice sausage…… nice a crispy, right amount of sauce and cheese. This will be on my rotation for now on!!

Great experience. Was a little loud in trivia night but the people there were having fun. Had very nice people working and service was great. Large portions and fair prices.

My daughters and I were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. Our server Mila was kind, efficient, and attentive. Food came out quickly and was tasty and hot. Patio area was clean and well kept. Interior was inviting and bright. Bathrooms were clean. Saw 2 references from The Office 🙂 10/10

Johnny’s is fantastic every time I come here. Great food, service and atmosphere. Also, a good place for fun. Two TV’s with trivia all the time. Thursday Team Trivia hosted by Zac Holmes is a good time. Zac is very professional at hosting Team Trivia.

Ordered takeout through Slice. Delivery was to be made n 30-45 minutes, after 40 minutes, I start getting calls from the delivery driver and texts from the restaurant saying there was a mistake. I called and they stated they neglected to put the order into their POS system. So at the time that delivery was supposed to be happening, they were still making the pizza. The restaurant offered no discount, coupons for future use or anything else to make amends for their mistake. This was my first and likely last time ordering from this location, and I’ll likely bail on the entire franchise, as the last time I went to a Johnny’s, I had a bad experience.

The problem with so many people out there is that you feel you have the right to give your opinion and hurt others’ business. The pizza was cold, well next time eat at the restaurant and not delivery from Uber Eats which you know will add an hour to your wait time. Pizza was soggy. See above, your pizza sat in a delivery car for 45 minutes before you ever touched it. The cheese is salty/rubbery/bad. This is a franchise, they don’t make choices about cheese/sauce/pasta/dough etc, but are told what to buy from the corporate office. You may actually just not like the product. This doesn’t mean its bad, just not to your taste. You have other restaurant options. If you have an issue at any place of business, talk to the manager/owner so the problem can be corrected, instead of just complaining online.

I’ve been here before, and the food is okay, but this place deserves a 1 star review because of the way they treat their employees. I had a friend who worked there and told them before she was hired that she’d be absent for a certain period of time. They gave her the job without showing her any kind of employee handbook and knowing that she’d be gone for certain days. Time comes when she’s unable to make it to work and all of a sudden the manager Dave Young tells her that she needs to be there for a shift knowing full well that there’s absolutely no way she can make it. He tells her to Uber 6 hours to work if she has to. Obviously, she’s unable to do so and then the next day he fires her because she couldn’t find a cover for her shift even though she was never told to find a cover (yes I’ve seen the texts, you can’t try and pretend that you did Dave). He then states that it’s a rule in the employee handbook that he never gave her. It seems to me that he set her up for failure and then fired her when she couldn’t do an impossible task. This is insanely unprofessional, and honestly, it’s cruel to someone who should be a part of his team. Dave obviously has no respect for his fellow employees, and it makes me wonder how many other employees have suffered a similar fate. It is absolutely disgusting and very disappointing.
