Love the pizza and wings and calzones. Ordered a stromboli and wasn’t a big fan, looked small and just didn’t have anywhere near enough ingredients for the dough portion ratio but still good. The wings are incomparable to other wing places. They were big, juicy, and cooked to perfection.

Was pickup. $22 pizza made of lame paper-like dough. Ultra white and powdery when chewed (like the dough was not kneaded). Dough was so white and pasty that was barely edible.

We order there around every two to three weeks with orders of $80-$120 plus tips. Today, it was HORRIBLE. The wings were dry and burned all the way through to the bone. Might as well eat toothpicks. The pizza was ok..but I’m not sure if we weren’t just hungry enough to eat something with some taste. Normally, this is our go-to pizza joint. We called and we’re on hold for 10 min…called back and was greeted with “every time you call back…I will still put you on hold for 10min”. WOW…the young lady was nice enough to offer me to come back and get another order but gave me a run around about the Manger was on the floor and said to call back tomorrow and speak to Terry… “The GM”. It was very disappointing after many years of ordering and visiting this location.

Worst experience ever. I called a few months before my wedding and spoke with the General Manager, Terri, about getting 25 pizzas for my wedding. She was super sweet on the phone with me and gave me the quoted price and told me they would knock off the delivery fee, which is normally only $3, since it’s my special day as long as we tipped the driver well! So we told her we would add $50 to our total as a tip to the driver. Come my wedding day, the driver was 40 minutes late, showed up right as I was about to walk down the aisle and wasn’t very friendly or considerate of the wedding taking place. When they charged my card they charged over $100 more than what they quoted me for the pizzas AND added a $30 delivery fee without telling us (after telling us they wouldn’t charge us for one). When I called to speak with Terri again she was no longer the friendly and helpful lady I spoke with, but was nothing but rude on the phone and gave no explanation as to why we were charged so much more than what we originally discussed. We left it alone because we were getting nowhere, but wanted to share our sad experience with this location for anyone else considering.

My wife and I came here to eat while in the Dawsonville area. This is a great Pizza joint and the food tasted great! We really enjoyed being able to walk in and eat without having to wear masks. The people were friendly as well! We will be back when we are in the area.

We were disappointed with the Large House Stromboli this time. It was small, and the dough seemed undercooked. There was less meat and cheese than the House Stromboli had in the previous visit. The Large Mediterranean Salad was very good. Think it will be a while before we return.
