I ordered and PAID for a slice of sicilian pizza WITH extra cheese and sausage. When I got back to my hotel and opened the box, it was a plain slice. Come on mannn! Also I ordered a piece of carrot cake and it looked as if someone ate the bottom half of the cake. Quality sucks. Check your order before you leave because obviously they do not

I’m a native NYer, and when I walked into this place, it felt like my high school days when we would come and grab a slice during lunch. So many great memories came back. My hope was that the pizza would be just as good. And it truly was! I’d have to say that this is the best pizza in the area that I have tried thus far. The service is wonderful. The seating area is very casual – my wish for this establishment is to get more room so they can have more seating, utilize servers, etc. At this time the cashier also acts as the server. They always provide wonderful service despite how much they have going on.

Terrible place. I ordered the lasagna and what I got is one noodle covered in tomato sauce with a little ricotta and barley any mozzarella. The service is terrible. Very rude people and they don’t even keep the place clean. Waste of money because I couldn’t even eat that lasagna. Never going back! There is an Amazon fresh I. The same shopping centre which has better pizza and lasagna for way less. Tastes way better than Johnny’s and it’s fresh. It’s a shame when Amazon fresh has better pizza than a pizzeria.

This is a real pizzeria. The kitchen staff is moving fast, they bust chops and Friday and Saturday nights can be pleasantly chaotic. It’s the only place we go here in Alexandria. If you dine in during peak hours, expect lots of foot traffic because the place gets cranking. Everything we’ve tried is awesome. We love Johnny’s.

I ordered an 18 inch veggie pizza with chicken for $30… and got a 14 inch veggie pizza with no chicken. I live 30 minutes away so driving back to get another pizza wasn’t a feasible option. To get a refund you have to jump through circus hoops. Pizza is ok and service is sub par.

A friend invited me to Johnnys, an amazing experience. The pizza was fantastic very close to what you would get a New York or the side of meatballs. It came with four large meatballs and sauce outstanding the staff was really really nice. Service was quick food was delivered in a timely manner, but hot and the noon lunch crowd was very busy. We hung out for another hour, and at 1 PM. It got busy again the sign of a great spot to eat. Wish I had taken some pictures, but I was preoccupied with visiting my friend.

I used to LOVE coming here. I worked at the pediatrician for years just a few doors down. The staff here is AWFUL, I had food delivered and at check out online a 15% tip is factored in, I paid with the 15% tip included on my card, I also chose to have a contactless delivery. The delivery guy comes to the door with my food basically demanding that I give him more tip in cash because the 15% wasn’t enough for the drive to my house ( mind you I live in Kingstown). He even said he was a manager. After shutting the door in his face I proceeded to call and complain, when I called and asked for a manager whomever got on the phone was rude unprofessional and had no customer service skills. He basically told me I can call and speak with the owner another day there’s nothing he can do about it. Needless to say as much as I have always loved their food I will NEVER eat here again. Just completely turned off and disgusted at this point.
