It was a nice day so I walk over Johnny’s pizza to play video poker about 45 min into it i noticed my phone was low on battery was low so I put it on charge after finishing playing I set down at a table the in the video poker/beer room to finish a beer I had purchased and the man that was working start getting all crazy saying I had to get out that it was not a place to just set play are leave so I spent 75$ in 45 minutes there no one else in there and I tried to explain to him I just need a min because I had had a accident months ago and broke my back and needed my phone to call someone if I had a problem he told me to leave again well I did and want be back and bet one thing I don’t want him to get in trouble but his people skills that day was poor at best and I pray he don’t but that was a day I want forget…

I love Johnnys and Gilbert is always so friendly but whoever the Hispanic lady is that be at the drive thru window attitude sucks! If you don’t wanna work or people get on your nerves, you really need to stop working!! 2nd time I came in contact with you/her if you reading this and still the same attitude. She make a person not want to deal with Johnnys! 1 of My favorite pizza spot. Oh and the pizza bowls are not good.

We went to the one on Gilbert. Our first time at any Johnny’s pizza! The food was ok but the service was terrible! The forks were dirty, the twenty min wait took over an hour, the guy that took our order was rude and didn’t make us feel welcome at all! He was also making pizza without washing his hands. Went to the ladies room and there was a man in it. Will not return to this location for sure!

Very slow service. Disengaged staff. Poor quality. Lots of traffic in and out who aren’t buying pizzas. Do not recommend this location and we grew up on Johnny’s pizza so we know what to expect. The founder would be disappointed.
