Girl taking orders was BEYOND RUDE! Rolling her eyes, crumbled the receipt up, and just threw in my dads hand. Not our fault you don’t want to be at work ma’am. My husband is a Restaurant GM and I am a server, customer service is everything! Doesn’t matter how good your food is (which we have not even ate yet), but nasty customer service will leave a lasting impression!

Take out was not ready in 30 minutes. They just start making it after I got there and paid. This is not the Johnny’s pizza I remember the sauce is wrong again, the cheese is not quite right. There were not enough pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and too many black olives. The even managed to cut the flap short on the box.

Do NOT get the pizza bowls. They are more like pizza plates with very little food. They essentially take the toppings from the pizza without the crust and still charge you full price. Not nearly enough food to justify the price or justify calling it a “bowl”. Especially when the pictures online make it look like the bowl is deeper and filled (with clever angles to trick you), not a shallow plate of food.

Loved the pizza here. This is a business that I believe started in Monroe and has now branches state wide. The pizza is pretty good. They have three crust sizes. We had the Regular and quite liked it. Somehow the party size pizza with two toppings is the best option (price wise). We had one with peppers and olives, and the second with mushrooms and onions. We loved them both. Size, taste, texture were all pretty good. Definitely recommend this local favourite if you’re in the area and would like some good pizza.

The lady behind the counter was super nice and helpful. I love the pizza at Johnny’s. Sadly, no locations in Houston, so I can only have it once or twice a year. Best pizza ever. Look forward to it every time I see the family.

We went to Ruston and ate at Johnny’s pizza. We ordered a med, Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. It was full of cheese, Canadian bacon and pineapple and it was so delicious. We ate it all! So, one night at our home in Shreveport, we ordered the same pizza from Johnny’s. It was awful. The crust was very thin, hardly any cheese and not very much Canadian bacon or pineapple. The crust was dry and hard. We were terribly disappointed.

Nostalgic reasoning brought us there. The pizza was ok but service was much slower at this Tech location rather than Kentucky one. One guy server was doing his best getting pizzas out on the lunch buffet while another did pickup/delivery orders, but the girl cashier seemed like she was either high or completely disengaged. Was sad they no longer put the tiny sandwiches on the buffet. Peach pudding pie was great. Had to search for parmesan cheese packets.
