The staff is always friendly and attentive. I’ve never had bad food here, it’s always hot and yummy. It is definitely a sports bar vibe as far as atmosphere. So, if you’re not into TVs and background noise of that sort, it won’t be a vibe for you. It is a fun place to watch games and get good food and drinks. I’ve also been at 7pm on a Sunday and the staff was still great and food was still good as ever. Again, never had a bad experience. At West or North.

This place is so good we came back twice. The first night we got quesadillas and nachos and I got the teriyaki stir fry. It was all super delicious and the staff was quick and very accommodating. The steak in the store fry was cooked perfectly and the teriyaki sauce was delicious

The food was great. I had ordered the Nashville Hotwings with a side of their fries. It was great. Unfortunately, the morning after visiting their restaurant around 2am, I started to come down with a fever, vomiting, and other things I cannot write here. I went to the ER and found out I had food poisoning.

Was invited to a Professional networking event hosted by LYP. Great food and customer service was 100%. The orders consisted of wings and fries, wrap with fruit. Lastly, Buffalo Mac and cheese ordered. This restaurant is a family friendly and professional vibe. Our host was very professional and adaptable.

I could’ve eaten somewhere better for the money. Most places you get to decide how much to tip, not here. My bill was $61 she ran my card and gave me a receipt, I didn’t realize until later that they decided my tip was 25% which made my bill $75 freaking dollars a $14 tip! Are you freaking kidding me! Not worth it, the food was mediocre and the service wasn’t great, I ordered ring/fry combo and only got fries, I will not be going back, there’s better places for less.

Great place to eat! Our server, Mary Beth K, was attentive to my dietary needs. I ordered the ’78 classic , as a Grilled Chicken Breast with no seasonings. It was perfect! Meat was juicy and not dry. Tater Tots were delish as well. Thank you for such a good experience and to our server who was excellent. I would definitely recommend Johnny’s over the competition.

A buddy and I had lunch with others at another restaurant and came to Johnny’s West for drinks and good conversation thereafter. We sat at the bar where a gal named Gabby was learning the trade of bartending and doing a great job as far as I could tell. Another gal was leading the training and giving Gabby some pointers about how to do things quicker and more efficiently, helping her gain experience and confidence. Based on this, I judge the staff–both the new and the seasoned–to be great folks and definitely interested in top-notch quality service.
