The place was a total wreck. They are short-handed and kept running out of food and cups. Kids just grabbed food from the buffet with their bare hands. Only one soda dispenser worked, and the games were not maintained as most of them were broken. It was very disappointing after spending over $200. I’m not sure how this place stays open.

Just don’t go. We went August 3rd 2021 after not being able to go for 2 years and almost everything was broken or not working properly. It was disappointing. Game after game has problems. The cleanliness of the place wasn’t great but it wasn’t too bad for a Tuesday morning. The food isn’t bad if you’re not expecting amazing food. I feel like they’re losing to their rival rat. We won’t be going back unfortunately.

bro this place held one of the most fire field trips ever bruh, the memories held here r irreplaceable tf anyways all is good besides the buffet, the only complaint i have abt it is what it does to ur stomach. ever since i ate there, my appetite and eating schedule has been rlly unhealthy, ive been eating nonstop and cant rlly control myself my stomach starts hurting too if i dont eat and its pretty annoying because im not hungry, so a solid 4 but overall everything is pretty fun and recommended 10/10 best times here ong

It was all nasty. There was food all over the tables no one came to clean them food on the floors it was really disgusting. The food courts were empty like very empty. The drink dispensers were empty of ice and the slushy machine was broken. The bathrooms were disgusting also i couldn’t use the bathrooms because of how bad they looked and smelled. I wouldn’t come back for any reason at all. And i paid to come i wouldn’t recommend people coming here. The chicken was burnt and tasted disgusting, the pizza cheese tasted old and nasty. I think the health inspection should come and see this for themselves.

$15-$20 power person to get in, plus tokens. About $100 for my family of 3. A third of the games are broken. Racing games don’t link. Shooters are inaccurate and need to be sighted in. Food is not great, but there’s lots of it. And that’s not really the point. I did have a great time with my kid, but this place feels like it’s on its way out. Better management would make it cleaner and keep up in the game maintenance.

John’s Incredible Pizza has a delicious buffet with lots of food to enjoy. I only took down a star in food because the food runs out often and it takes too long for the food to be restocked. The slurpee machine would not work pretty often. The service though was amazing and the waiter was so nice. The place was a bit dirty and I rarely see the place getting cleaned. The rides were lots of fun and it was a good day in terms of operations last time I went. The games were lots of fun and my favorite game was the flappy bird. The only problem is the double bass spinner game was rigged and it went down my rankings because it was not rigged last year. The claw machines were removed and I was sad it got removed. They move arcade games so often, I sometimes have to search for the games. Lots of the time, I would scan the card and the system would not scan correctly and I would have to wait a few minutes. I think if I went 5 years from now, the arcade would be almost unrecognizable. Other than that, I think John’s Incredible Pizza was a fun place and I would go again

The food is as good as it can get, the kids really enjoy the rides and games. There are always games that steal your money, and they are definitely understaffed. The rooms are empty but there’s not really anywhere to sit because all the tables are dirty, but since they dont allow food past a certain point the game floor is nice and clean. The employees at this spot are really nice and helpful.

The food is good, a large selection of pizza, some pasta, soups and salad bar. Good selection of desserts like cookies, donuts and ice cream. But they get 2 stars for the atmosphere because many of the games were out of service or missing parts. Management needs to get all the games in service and complete with all their components in order for patrons to have an enjoyable time.
