The food is always good here but today service was a bit off, I literally call here all the time and order the same food nothing different. And I guess they have a new girl working here, told her exactly what I wanted on my food and she said “it already comes on it” I’m like ok whatever. I get there pay for my food get to my car to check my food to make sure what I said I wanted was on it and it wasn’t, no big deal went Inside and nicely I said what I wanted wasn’t on my food. I’m guessing the owner Grey hair short guy with small glasses tried to tell me, I didn’t say what I wanted on the phone, no body knows what ypu wanted. Again I was cool about it, said I did tell her on the phone. He put the stuff I wanted on it and called it a day, but don’t try and tell me what I didn’t say on the phone trying to correct me….. on top of that the food didn’t taste right smh

This is as close as it gets to having a place you order from be like family. I love them. The food is delicious and I always stop in when I’m near there in NE Philly. They know my entire immediate family, I guess my then immediate family when I was a teen ordering there to my married and created immediate family and their food has been consistent for over 20 years especially pizza and wings.
