Super small subs, No gloves, canned sauce, watched the pizza maker touch about 10 different things. Talking loudly while making pizzas which puts spit out, Old John would be horrified of what it’s become. Super unsanitary back of house. Soda machine broken and took my money, honestly embarrassing. Ask for a slice and will come from under a table……..

I’m in town for the day and I decided to grab two slices. I was not expecting much from a place that I have never been too. The slices were perfectly cooked slices. It was not greasy, the crunch on the crust was incredible which is why I give it 5 stars. I will stop by whenever I’m in town now. If you like thin, crunchy pizza with light sauce then this is your place! If you like sauce, I would suggest ordering it with extra sauce. Also, the customer service was excellent.

Worst chicken parm ever the chicken over cooked most likely old not enough sauce bad tasting not fair for the price. I call the store and I have to repay to have it redone We need Johns Pizza real team. Shame on you’ll if Mr. John sees this pasta.

Not the best not the worse, but definitely had allot better. Ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza asked for extra sauce nothing to complex yet I didn’t receive the extra sauce and still got charged $14.52 which is okay but what really threw me off was when the driver came to deliver he rudely asked for a tip after I already wrote a tip on the slip. Mind you this is just for a small pizza delivery. Last time I checked when I worked as a delivery driver, it’s rude to ask for a tip. If a customer wants to tip they will kindly due so other than that don’t make customers feel pressured to tip. I still gave a $5 tip. Also as I know while working for services like these most places already charge a delivery fee. It shouldn’t come down to the customer it should be taken up with the owner and their standards with their drivers.

I grew up in chelsea but recently moved out of state.I came back to Chelsea for a family even this weekend and wanted to have a sub from john’s before traveling back home so my daughter in law and daughter called in an order at 11am but they do not open til12pm however the staff went above and beyond and made our order and let us pick it up early.excellent customer service and the tuna sub still tastes the same as it did when I was a kid

The pizza was pretty good. I have eaten better and worst. However there is a particular reason for the five star. My leftover refrigerated pizza day after reheated on a stove was just as good as the day before; better yet, leftover on day two was equally enjoyable. Very seldom I can enjoy pizza next day or day two. Great job, friendly staff.
