After enjoying my second St. Paddy’s day at Johnsons Corner, I figured it was time to write a review. I can’t believe I haven’t sang their praises earlier. Some folks would consider Johnsons Corner a dive bar, but I think it is a good old fashioned neighborhood bar with great food.

Overcooked almost burnt appetizers and potatoes – both cheese wiz & bacon potato boats and Broasted Potatoes..Fried Mushrooms were obviously thrown back into the fryer after sitting. Took over an hour to get food, asked to box it up so we could just eat at home and they forgot one of the sides. Pizza was bland, soggy, & under cooked. Not good. Service slow even with expected server check ins. A lot of Black Mold on ceiling air vents. Cod was 7/10. Heard good things, extremely disappointed.

A week ago we had our little momma’s birthday celebration. We had it scheduled at another restaurant, but when arriving the restaurant did not prepare enough seating. A phone call to Johnson’s Corner by my sister-in-law, and they had a place for us – last minute! When we arrived, they already had a room set up for us, provided excellent service, and had our orders ready pretty quickly for such a large group. And, as always, the food was amazing. Highly recommend Johnson’s Corner for both events and dining. Thanks so much from our family!

Went here for takeout because my dad use to love there pork tenderloin sandwich. Unfortunately the 2 pork tenderloin sandwiches that we got were over cooked, burnt around the edges and dry. We were super disappointed.

Very good pizza, we also love their wings with the zing sauce. Best wings around here. The chicken dinner is also very good. I had the catfish strips dinner and it was exactly what I wanted, fresh tasting catfish with white onions on top of bread.
