I was really looking forward to eating here. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside and out. Hard to find parking and I really wish that y’all had more to offer on y’all menu. All I got was a drink and the wedding soup which was delicious. I’m glad that they used beef meatballs instead of pork. If they had more food options to offer then I would have gave it a 5 star. Beautiful outside especially on a summer night. And my friends got chicken salads and a drink. They were packed and I couldn’t even make a reservation because they said that it was 1st come 1st served but when I got there I was asked if I had a reservation so I found that weird and even on open table and on there website I couldn’t even make one. It was not the experience I thought that it would be.

My experience here was worse than expected. The restaurant itself is beautiful and perfect for a summer night. The menu has many great options. Everyone in our group enjoyed our food, but no dish was incredible and they were all overpriced. Beware of flies everywhere. Service was incredibly inconsistent. Once we got seated, we waited for 15 minutes and not one server passing by even acknowledged our table. Eventually I got up to ask the guy at the hostess stand if he could find out waiter and send him over because we had been waiting for so long. He was incredibly rude to me and asked me what table I was sitting at. I tried to describe where we were and he didn’t even bother to move an inch to see for himself. He told me, with an attitude, that my table was in “the 400s” and then proceeded to ask me if I was at table 401, 402, or 403, as if I should know that. Then he proceeded to tell me that our waiter was “really busy right now because he has a lot of tables”. And? So we were supposed to continue waiting and be ignored? Horrible customer service. Eventually he went over to a server and whispered in his ear rudely right in front of us. When a server did come over he profusely apologized and the rest of the night went smoothly enough. For a restaurant of this caliber, the service was incredibly unimpressive. Slow and inconsiderate.

Favorite place in town. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Makes you feel like you’re in Miami. Food is exceptional, fresh and consistent. Could spend the whole day here. Much needed in Chagrin.

This place all in all seemed unmanaged. Drinks took 25 mins to come. Bread took 30 mins to come to table and was rock hard. 1/2 of the menu was already sold out by 6. All the food that came to table was overcooked. & to top it off The janitor decided to bring a dumpster through the guest seating area & asked me to get out of my chair so trash wont dump on me, during dinner that just felt rude. I wouldnt recommend this part of JoJos to anyone. I will however try inside JoJos restaurant.

Wow, am I in LA or Sanfrancisco? What an amazing venue! Great food, amazing cocktails and did we just forget we were in Ohio… Yep! Again the food, service and vibe here are amazing!!! I have a dairy thing and they made every possible suggestion to make sure our experience was incredible! We will be back!

Horrible experience. We waited for over 1.5 hours after being told when we got there that it won’t be that long. They say table after table and told us oops sorry. Absolutely terrible experience and midmanaged. NEVER AGAIN.
