Me and my wife ate here for the first time this evening. I had been here as a little boy long ago, after I started talking to our server he told me that it is under new owners, but all the people who ate here before are still happy with it. I had the Chicago dog and home fries, my wife had a chili dog with garlic Parmesan fries. We definitely enjoyed our meal, very nice people there, good prices, will be coming back I am sure!

Horrible customer service. Called to place a pick up order as the woman I spoke to on the phone advised me to do earlier in the day. I was on hold for over 5 minutes when I was hung up on. When I attempted to call back the phone was just not answered. My husband arrived at the place and ordered for me inside the store and was made to wait on drive thru orders that were made after he ordered inside the store. Very unprofessional business. I will not be going back after this terrible experience.

The hot dogs were good, but the chilli dogs had too much chilli ( not necessarily a big problem)… And I’m not particularly a big fan of Cheese sauce. The Chicago dog was good.

We spent most of our lives living in Chicago. JoJo’s has the BEST authentic Italian beef sandwich we have found outside of Chicago!! The home fries we ordered with our beef sandwich were equally delicious. The food was more than awesome and was a very friendly atmosphere! This is definitely a place to go to if you want a great beef sandwich. We will definitely be going back for more!!

Having been raised in the Chicago/Indiana area my whole life and have had many Gyros, this has to be the worst place to get one. Besides waiting a half hour for our “food” I was really surprised to even find the meat. It had maybe 3 full slices that were shaved and all the edges were burnt. I was able to fold my pita twice, almost 3 times..$6 for a pita? Now on to the cheese fries (that we paid separately for, which is fine) which the fries were cold and soggy but the cheese was actually good. So for $22 we got..a few pieces of meat, 2 pita’s, 2 orders of cold soggy fries and 2 can’s of Pepsi. Don’t see myself being a repeat customer.
