I saw this place while walking by and stopped in for a dinner. The staff was all great. I thought the food was average at best. The basic chocolate shake had very little chocolate flavor and I felt was overpriced for the size of it at $10.

Fun experience! Love the Christmas theme, along with the Christmas shakes and other things they have with it. The place is definitely very pricey for just a burger. It doesn’t come with fries u have to order fries separate. Glad the server told us the tip will be included as well on our bill. Our server was nice and very informative and introduced us to the menu for us being first timers. But there was a rude server who walked up to us and asked what were we doing sitting in our spot and if we were done, we had just finished our meal and was about to order a milkshake. We definitely felt rushed as if they wanted us out our seat’s already. But it was a fun experience and sadly couldn’t make the reservations for the winter wonderland because it wasn’t available online. Next time for sure and maybe try the other location. One thing I loved though they allow you to take pictures upstairs if u like and that’s a plus in my book because it’s so pretty.

Food was good, little pricey for just a sandwich. Milkshake was worth the price I think, more than just a shake. Went around 445 on a Wednesday and it was empty. Cool atmosphere. 18% service charge added for only the 2 of us, but was not asked for a tip when paying with card. Overall not bad! Will come again for cold treats.

We went there for the shakes and were surprised by how delicious the food was. I had the meat and potatoes…HOLY COW!!! The best brisket I’ve had anywhere in the US. The ladies’ shakes looked and tasted incredible. Great service and atmosphere.

Went for date night, was fun for the experience but not somewhere I can see myself going again. I noticed alot of to go orders being picked up which made sense to me because the food was pretty good but the shakes mediocre, they look great & make for a cool photo but most of my toppings were stale, for the price being more than your average appetizer I expected better quality. Service was so so, not very friendly and felt rushed even tho we were 1 of 2 tables. Overall it’s not a bad spot & likely to be fun for little kids but definitely over priced for the dessert quality & service being unfriendly.
